Stephanie helped us at the strore and she solved all our problems. She was patient, kind and polite with us I really appreciate her attitude . We were fully satisfied!!!

Stephanie, the young woman who helped me, was friendly, knowledgeable and very focused on helping me. She explained everything clearly and succinctly, and was clearly committed to doing a good job. Service above and beyond the call of duty.

Worst store I have come across! I was here in October and not only did the screw up my account majorly and I’ve had to call customer service each month; AT&T has still not received my trade in phone. Not one person who works here is helpful. They are too busy watching the football games to do their jobs properly.

one star is more than enough! i did visit the store to buy the new ZFOLD 5, and i used the promotion to get 1000$ off. i turn in my iPhone and after 2 months i did found out that the people in the store applied to credit to the wrong number (his name was Blake)….. i visited the store and i was supposed to get a phone call from "Brat" the boss of the store i guess... i followed up with them day after day to get him to call me and he was never returning my call.... very bad customer service!

please don't go to this store they are cheaters and irresponsible people, i wanted to port 1sim from prepaid topost paid they gave me 5 lines at a cost of 150$ but im seeing the bill of 398.97$. When i tried to reach the store people they are not responding. Agent from the store has informed that mine is a basic plan with unlimited data however i found that he has put me in a premium plan thats why my bill is so high. Moreover I had made a recharge of 35usd on my prepaid acoount and Agent had promiseda a refund of the same which the custommer service says since the number is alread movedfrom prepaid to postpaid they cant do that. Very terrible experience, if you want unnecessary headache please do visit the store. Else please visit some other store i will say some other service provider, all these is after visiting the store twice and spending hours with them. The manager is not helpful, i tried calling him on the store number he disconnected. The other store agents were just disconnecting the call when i tried ti get help to avoid a third trip to the store.
