I was in a Very stressful place in my Life. My Uncle took sick, while trying to care for him, my husband had a Stroke. Two weeks later my Uncle passed away. I live 4.5 hours away from my Uncles home. I needed to sell my Uncles home while taking my husband to therapy for his stroke. Angie was tremendously helpful, informative during the entire process of selling my Uncles home. She made everything go so smoothly. She took So Much stress off of me and my Family. I highly recommend Angie Lotz. If you are looking to purchase or sale. She is the perfect one for the job. Angie was such a blessing to have as a realtor! She is so knowledgeable about not only real estate, but much to do with the homes itself. When we were looking at different houses, she was able to notice things right away that homebuyers probably wouldn't pick up on. It really helped us when it came time to decide what to buy. My husband and I were very impressed with her knowledge, her ability so get things done quickly, and her work ethic. I've learned so much from her throughout this process. We worked with Angie on the short sale of my parent’s home in Schaumburg. It was the best decision we could have made. Not only was she thorough in explaining how the process would work, but she also made sure that we did not stress about the details of the sale as the process dragged on. The second mortgage company proved to be incredibly difficult to work with and we thought our deal was going to fall through. Angie kept us informed every step of the way and tenaciously kept on the second mortgage company until they finally agreed to the sale. She also kept our buyer engaged throughout the process. Had it not been for Angie, we would have given up. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and we would highly, highly recommend Angie when you go to buy or sell your next property.

BEST REALTOR EVER!!! Angie is amazing! Always hustling to help her clients find the perfect home for what they need!! This is my second time using her and I highly recommend her! 5 Star all the way! First was to sell, this time was to purchase. With the limited market these days she was sure to send me listings immediately and we went to see them immediately after!! She will bend over backwards for her clients- I have recommended her to many people and they all agree. Go with ANGIE LOTZ!!!

Unfortunately Angie has made the poor decision of referring her customers to a company called Tripple Star Services. For heating and air . DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY.I used him, based on Angie telling me that his work was so great. Well I'm here to tell you my story. I had him install a water heater . It broke down 12 times over 1 1/2 years. Meaning he came out around 12 times approximately. I put up with it because I thought he had honor by coming back to keep restarting it. It took him around 30mins to a whole hour every time just to restart it. Should take 5 mins max. Then he told me it must be the incoming gas line , HA. Not. I have since installed a new unit myself with absolutely zero problems after he just gave up. Never offered to replace the unit because , he thought it was the incoming gas, WHICH IT WAS NOT. My new unit I put in , and this was my first time doing this , is perfect. So that must mean I'm better at it than he is.But to just tell your customer , TO BAD, IM NOT GOING TO HAVE ANY HONOR IS A BUNCH OF B.S. and Angie is risking her good name by referring this guy for anything. I wouldn't let Triple star plunge my toilet, much less install anything ever againI gave him way more than enough chances. So now I have to spend every day looking for him and angie on line to make everyone I can aware of this scam they are running.If I dont ever see my $800.00 back , which I'm sure I never will that will be a cold day.But I've decided I'm NEVER GOING TO LET THIS GO. Not until I get my money back. I try to be a good person but I get screwed every time and I'm tired of it. I will go on every web site I can find until the day I die until they do the right thing and fefund me ALL my money.

Angie Lotz, without fail for a year now since the purchase of my home, has been by my side and quickly responded to my questions, needs, requests for advice and, during a pandemic especially, gave me her full support and follow-through though she and her husband both came down with the COVID-19 virus (and during interim, cleared). She is a true "die-hard" right-hand through every situation and need. I consider her not only my realtor but also a confidant and professional friend now. Her network Team of professionals is equally as true blue, and really, the best right-arm you could possibly have through the full home buying process--as I made remotely on purchase in Illinois while living in California. She and her network Team remains objective so she may not tell you what you want to hear but will always stay true to the process for everyones ultimate consideration--yours and the process of being remaining respectfully compliant. There isn't a day I haven't been thankful for her input, availability, energy, and resourcefulness--not to mention her professional friendship. Thank you Angie for what you and your professional Teams do for us.

Short story on how I got to Angela. My Mom passed away and I needed to sell her condo. Problem was I live 1700 miles away. I didn't know who to call but got Angela's contact info from a lawyer that handled some of Moms stuff. I was a bit nervous as selling a condo is so beyond my knowledge but one phone call and the stress went away. Anglea walked me thru it all step by step. I felt bad that I took up so much of her time asking questions but she was gracious and met me at the level I was at. I felt comfortable and confident she could do this. There were some issues with the condo that needed to be dealt with and being half a country away I was not in a good position to deal with it but Angela stepped in, took control and got the condo sold in about 2 weeks. She probably could have done it faster if I didn't have so many questions! Hah! I guess i'll just wrap this up with she is a pro. I would not hesitate to use her service again and I highly recommend her.

Amazed and Impressed! The last time I bought a home was in 2005. A lot has changed over the last 13 years and Angie was absolutely amazing. Every step of the way she had our backs and ensured that the process was smooth and efficient. Her responsiveness was impressive and beyond quick. Just sad that we couldn't use her for our home in Arizona. If you want to sell your home quickly, use Angie and her team, just make sure to actually listen to her suggestions and follow her direction as she is spot on!
