Angie Lotz was just amazing to work with. She showed up the first day with comps from my neighborhood, walked through the whole process and let me know of all the expenses to expect at closing etc. She walked through my home and gave me suggestions of what to fix/get ready. We could not have asked for a more professional, kind and hardworking Realtor than Angie Lotz. She made selling our home and finding us a new home a very easy process. And when she said she would help us out with something she always followed through. She was in constant contact with us at all times. Even after purchasing our house she would refer us to contractors to take care of a few things around the house that needed updating. She became more than a Realtor to us. She is now one of our best friends.

I can’t say enough about how grateful my wife and I are to have met and worked with Angie on our recent home purchase and sale. Her attention to detail, ownership for overseeing the entire process from contract through closing, and ensuring all parties (i.e. builder, lender, attorney, title company, co-broker, etc.) fulfilled their responsibilities throughout the purchase and sale processes, was unmatched. Since it was post-COVID and the market had “cooled off”, my wife and I were concerned about purchasing a new home prior to selling our existing home. However, Angie’s pricing and marketing strategy quickly alleviated any fear. We signed a contract for the purchase of our new home on Tuesday, Angie had our current home listed by Thursday, we had 16 showings scheduled between Friday and Sunday, received 4 competing offers on Monday and selected one significantly over list price. My wife and I have bought and sold numerous homes, but never worked with any Agent more knowledgeable and experienced than Angie.

Angie was such a blessing to have as a realtor! She is so knowledgeable about not only real estate, but much to do with the homes itself. When we were looking at different houses, she was able to notice things right away that homebuyers probably wouldn’t pick up on. It really helped us when it came time to decide what to buy.
