I don’t think I will take my vehicles anywhere else. Danny is professional, skillful, and an honest mechanic. Your vehicle will be fixed correctly and professionally every time. In my opinion it’s worth every penny compared to going to a hole in the wall shop and dealing with those fiascos.

Owner looked at my car. Explained it needed body work and refused to charge me. I will certainly go back for a mechanical issue.

I am very disappointed in the way a situation was handled by this establishment. My husband stopped into Winners Circle to have his car serviced per my recommendation, as I had been a customer several years ago. When he brought it there they informed him it would be about a week before they could get to his car, so he scheduled an appointment. I suggested we see if anywhere else could service it sooner because it was not drivable on the highway & we were paying for a rental. He declined & preferred to wait because he wanted to take it to a local, trustworthy shop. Once our vehicle was ready they originally UNDERcharged my husband who noticed the error. He was honest & informed them it was $300 less than the invoice stated. They reversed the transaction, then ran it for the correct amount totaling $2,830. The payment went through & they gave him his keys. Here is where things went down hill & why I don’t intend to return here nor recommend anyone else to bring their vehicle here. To preface: My husband works very late nights & long hours, he sleeps during the day & keeps his phone on silent. Over the next 24hours he had several missed phone calls and text messages from winners circle stating the charge of $2830 didn’t go through and it showed that THEIR credit card company voided the transaction… Please explain to me WHY they did not contact their credit card company first instead of harassing an honest man who corrected a mistake that would have cost them $300? But, once my husband had time he tried to do the right thing again & contacted his bank. The bank informed him the transaction went through on his end and his checking account was charged $2830 and there was no reversal or void made toward that payment. He was able to screenshot that transaction and send winners circle the picture of it. That same day the police show up at our doorstep questioning him about the transaction, while he is trying to sleep. I could go on about my negative feelings toward one of the officers & how he was treating my husband but I’ll save it. What I will mentioned is that the officers wanted my husband to prove to winners circle that his transaction went through, so they told him to print out a statement & take it to the establishment. Big problem here is that the officers did not question the establishment to see if they performed all of their communication steps to contact their credit card company FIRST. They should have ensured that winners circle had contacted the credit card company to see if they could find a solution to the problem or verify the void before sending the police to make a house call. BUT YET AGAIN, my husband did the right thing, & went to the bank the following morning after working all night, to hand deliver his transaction history to winners circle. WHICH HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO. Upon delivery of this document winners circle was FINALLY on the phone with the credit card company… 3 days later after harassment & contacting the police, they finally decided to contact their credit card company. This should’ve been the first step they made.My big point is: It was THEIR credit card company who made the error & instead of taking the time to investigate the problem they harassed my husband who clearly payed them & maintained his honesty & integrity when most wouldn’t have. Worst of all, they got the police involved before they knew all the details & the police dropped the ball by not questioning the establishment first before jumping into an investigation… this was not grand theft auto, we didn’t go steal our car out of their lot after they said it was ready. They handed my husband his car keys after he PAYED them. I am beyond disappointed in the way this situation was handled, & I hope Winners circle can learn from this to properly handle this type of situation next time. CONTACT YOUR company first to find out where the error is BEFORE harassing the customer who waited patiently & payed outright for your services.

Winner's circle has been my preferred mechanic for about 10 years. They have always been forthright, honest, and affordable. I have confidence in their diagnostics, that they will ensure that I understand and agree to the recommended repairs before hand. I have never had an issue with their service, and I gladly recommend them to everyone.Services: Brakes

They fixed my van in such a quick amount of time that it was so helpful to get our only vehicle back so fast. Also they are real professionals and will be honest with what they do and what they intend to do before they do it.

I found around 7:30 one evening that I had a bolt stuck in my tire while I was away from home, and Winner’s Circle was still open when every other shop nearby was closed. The person I spoke with on the phone said he could stay and work on the tire even though they would close soon. After he was done, he wouldn’t accept payment (fortunately, a patch wasn’t needed after the bolt was removed), and wished me a Happy Easter. I appreciate the late hours, the willingness to help me out so close to closing time, and the personal kindness!Service: Tires
