I receive an Error "Upload Failed" when trying to add photos to an existing folder on my account. If I create a new folder, I can upload photos to the new folder, but not to any existing folders. I have called Walgreens support a week ago and was told they'll escalate my ticket and I would receive an email in e days. It's been 8 days and I haven't received an email yet. How can I get this issue resolved?

I went in because another pharmacy suggested that Walgreens had a generic of the eye wipes that the doctor suggested I buy. They in fact were sold out. But, they took the time to help me look. I was informed that the product should be available by the middle of the next week. I appreciate the personal service even though the product wasn't available

Went there on St. Patrick’s day and there was only one girl working. Tried picking up my photos but the poor girl was swamped with customers and there was no one else there. Finally after she got done, I asked if there was any other employees and she said they were in the back doing makeup! Absolutely ridiculous. I had to stand there for a hot minute to pick up my photos and this poor girl, I believe her name was Hayley? Was swamped with customers. I hope management does something because that’s ridiculous. Do better Walgreens.

Recently had to get a Covid19 Rapid test, scheduled it at 3:30 pm. Test results are done in house and are supposed to be ready with in the hour sent to your email. 3 hours later, no email. So I called up there only to find out they closed and won't reopen until Tuesday. I was charged $128 for the test, for which I did not receive results. I called corporate and they could get into my file see that I had taken it and couldn't explain why it wasn't sent to me, she also confirmed all my contact info. She gave me number to a outside lap that also keeps records of tests and I called them only to find that they to are now closed (@ 6:30pm) and won't be open until Tuesday. I will now likely have to go and get another test from someone more component then they are and probably pay another $128. Don't waste your time, and money here. They don't care about you, or your money.

Update your pharmacy hours geez. Ridiculous that I come on a Sunday when it states 10pm to be told 6pm. Really unprofessional for people who need their medication.

The drive thru pharmacy lady was nasty and rude when she saw what my sons prescription was for. She was extremely judgmental and treated us very disrespectfully. Who does she think she is and why does she think she has the right to judge people that are customers at her job. Just do your job and keep your ignorant opinion to yourself. This employee does not need to be customer facing and should be told that her opinion is not to be expressed in ANY way during her workday. I will be formally complaining to the Walgreens corporate office. We came through at approximately 1:30 pm on Thursday, July 14th.

Close unexpectedly with no posting or communication of their decision! After my husband got stuck on his first attempt he finally made it to find out they are closed! We live 30mins away on top of it.
