“Wow, I'm very impressed with Jerry's after using them today. I will go back for all my tire needs going forward. I sent my teenage daughter to a different tire vendor in town yesterday to get a nail pulled out of her tire. I instructed her to tell them she needed her tire plugged. After nearly a two hour wait, she was told it couldn't be repaired and they tried to sell her a new tire. Bottom line is she left there with the emergency spare installed on her car and they threw the tire and the rim (separately) in her trunk. She came home telling me it couldn't be repaired. I ordered a tire that night on Jerry's website. I knew I didn't want to go back to the other vendor based on my daughter's horrible experience. I dropped the car at Jerry's this morning and told them I would pick it up at the end of the day. They said the tire was in stock and all was good... and it was cheaper than the tire quoted at the other shop to my daughter. But here's where the story gets interesting. Thank God the other tire was still in the trunk. Mike from Jerry's called me, he said the tire could be easily repaired. I said, "are you sure" and he said "yes, we will just plug it for you, and you can come pick it up." I was astonished by his honesty. My wife and daughter went to pick it up and he didn't even charge us. Holy cow! Customer for life.”
“As always, Terry Leichsenring and his team provided quality service. When getting an oil change (at another location) I was advised I needed to get 4 new tires and an alignment. Terry gave me my options and assisted with choosing the best tires for my vehicle. His team members made sure I was safely driven to and from their location so that I wouldn’t miss work while they replace my tires and did an alignment on my vehicle. I highly recommend this location!”

“I was visiting Alton one Friday, and suddenly my low tire pressure indicator came on and said I had one tire with ten psi less than the other three. Not knowing Alton, I googled "tire repair," and found Drakes. I went there about 3:30 PM, and they got me right in. They removed a nail, patched, not plugged, the hole and adjusted the pressure in all the tires. The two men I worked with, Chris and Steve, were the nicest guys you'd ever want to deal with, and provided the best service anyone could ever ask for. Thank you so much, Chris and Steve!”
“Eric and Tim, at the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon location, were great at helping me out while I was aggravated from an experience at a competitor's shop. Said, large company, did not even have the "required tool" and had me pay before theybeven took my car back. Eric & Tim graciously answered alllll my questions and dealt with my frustration. “my experience with Milton Motors started with a car I had that was beyond my budget to repair- Joe asked me how the car I was looking for would be driven including my price range and then told me about 3 cars that would match what I needed. They (Joe and Scott) explained each car and any problems it may have, with the commitment to repair, before I bought. after driving the car several months I sold the car and managed to buy a new vehicle. “I have been getting tires from these guys for my last three cars . I usually buy $40 tires that match and they last anywhere from one to two years. The only time I had to replace one early was because I had a nail in one.The workers are usually friendly , they move pretty fast and seem to know exactly what they are doing. The only issue is having to wait your turn because so many people are there at the same time.”

“This Sam's club is very clean and almost always has what I need. They have been out of random things here and there, but for the most part are fully stocked. The bakery is very nice and accommodating to different designs. They have an excellent alcohol selection at cheaper prices than regular grocery stores. The 4 star review was because I bought two separate Christmas displays from them and they were both so damaged that I had to return them.”
