“I just wanted to give a shout out to Todd from Slayden Glass Inc. in Wood River! I tried to find their FB page, but I couldn't find one. We will be dropping off something to him to show our appreciation but just wanted to make it known on here how great of a company they're and how sweet he is!I called them yesterday asking if they could replace a window pane that I already replaced once, but not professionally and it didn't hold. At first the lady who answered said they no longer do residential calls but she got Todd on the phone and I explained the safety issue and etc. he agreed to come out right then to take a look at the situation.He measured it, went back to the shop, came back and installed it. Within 30 minutes or so it was fixed! I asked him what do we owe you? He just gave me a fist pump and said "Merry Christmas".It shocked me, I thanked him and asked him his for his name so we could drop something off to him later, but I wasn't expecting his fast service, making an exception for us and his kindness and compassion that he didn't have to show! It might sound little to some people, but to us it was a huge blessing! ”
