I went to the self service wash here today and used my card to pay. Which was a mistake because it's 2.50 to start the wash and I went around the car once for wash, rinse, wax, and rinse. My card was charged 15.00 for what should have been 5.00 if I had paid cash. Worst experience. I definitely won't be back to this car wash. They better refund me 10.00 too.

Just went to the location in BETHALTO, Illinois today. Purchased the cheapest wash which was $8 then went to use the dryer which the price increased to $1.50. Don’t get me wrong I understand the price of everything is going up it’s just the way it is right now. However, while I was in the car wash I hardly noticed any soap at all coming out of the jets spraying the car. I was in a pinch early this morning and needed my car cleaned and my favorite car wash was not open yet. In the future I will just wait for them to open. Not impressed by Bay Wash!

I don't usually do reviews but today burned my biscuit ?The vacuum hose had some taffy or gum on it and it got on my mat. I told the management,and I quote (I didn't do it) he was extremely rude, no I'm sorry or did he even clean the hose. I realize he didn't do it but an apology would have been nice. He should of taken care of the hose or put a sign on it so wouldn't happen to anyone else.That is why I sad something to him. I went back a hour later check to see if it was still there and yes it was and no sign.I will not be back. Also, another customer put a note on the door and a bucket in front of the car wash and said to me the automatic car wash was out of soap. He spent 12.00 for just water, he wasn't happy. I watched the manager removed the bucket and note. I never saw him fill the soap.He got right back in his car and left after he talked to me.

Wish no stars was an option... Don't waste your time or money at this place! The wash was mediocre at best and when called with a concern that the underbody wash was not working(which it was not!) Got told that it was functioning just fine. Would have been happy if simply offered a re-wash instead of sarcasm saying that "there's not salt on the roads anyway right now". Spend your money at ANY of the other local washes instead of this place!

I paid for the premium and the machine didn’t give me a receipt. It didn’t dispense any soap or wax or anything, it just scrubbed with water. They came to fix it after waiting 15 minutes. I told them multiple times I had paid for the premium but that’s not what they gave me. By the time I could get out of the car wash to tell them, they already left. Ultimately, it took 40 minutes of my time, a car that’s still dirty, and $14 down the drain!

Went to run my car through the soft touch . The carwash had a malfunction. Called the number available and a guy was there to make it right within 15 minutes. Thanks to him and the owner for dealing with the issue in a timely manner . Wont use another carwash again.

I had an issue with the seat shampoo machine. I called the number available and the owner apologized for the issue and offered to send me a coupon for a free car wash which was more than the three dollars I had lost in the machine. I appreciate the owner making things right.

I know it’s only $7 bucks but I seriously had an expectation that my car would be idk half way clean and it wasn’t, disappointed. It’s some kind of white residue left on my windows when i got home I had to re clean them super annoyed but I’m kicking myself in the pants for trying this place
