You can't just sell the mom "new" tires this bad and shrug a "no" for an exchange. They ride and sound awful and you did the lookup.

Took my car in for a noise. They didnt do any diagnostics but yet said it needed a new power steering column. About $4,000.They had my car for almost a month cause they broke the clip on the new column and had to order a new one. They took my car without asking to Jeep dealership for help.I have all the paperwork from this clown show.Got my car back weeks later and the noise was still there.Took it to Jeep and found out it was a corroded brake pad. ***** also wrote out a letter signed it and stated they didnt diagnose it and that no lights were on the dash when my car came in.If the power steering was going out the light wouldve came up on dash.This company is being sued now. I would suggest you go elsewhere unless you want to give away money.Awful company.

SCAMMERS!!They don’t know what they’re doing. They Ordered the wrong part. Have had my car for two weeks and still don’t know the front from the back!Keep all paperwork and file with attorney general! Also leave these reviews so others know where not to go!Hopefully my car isn’t messed with cause I will be coming for them if I hear ANY sound after I get it back!

They didn't diagnose my car correctly and then tried to say the part they bought was defective after they put it on wrong and messed up the little spring.Overcharged us for the part by over $1,000 dollars and then afterwards I call to find out that there's now lights on my dashboard when there was NONE to begin with. The Jeep dealership wouldn't help them program my car due to the part being put on wrong as well as them having some of the new parts in the front seat. Those parts should've been on there but they were trying to cut corners, did not work out at all. After all this I asked for my car back with my old parts cause I didn't trust them to do anything with my car. But they said no. My car has been gone for about 2 weeks and counting. We now have hired a lawyer to sue them for negligence. Do your research and take your car somewhere else unless you like to pay for them to destroy your car.

Had a great experience today and previous time coming to this place! My car was finished efficiently and I left feeling confident about my vehicle. My car is driving so much smoother. The employees were personable and honest which made all the difference! Highly reccomend, I will return! Thank you!

There once was a man with a nail in his tire. Oh, and a woe is ah-me. I called up the shop And rolled to a stop Just a hop and a skip from the street. Some little time later, I had me another A tire so shiny and new No more than a day Had faded away No moss on a rolling stone grew. So thanks to The Tire. I love the repair. The buyers of nails beware, That if you scatter the iron All over the road You're inviting bad poetry that doesn't quite bring you closure.

Brought my car I'm for an alignment after I replaced a bunch of parts. They were honest, straight-forward, and really nice to deal with. Even got me in early and finished my car today, when we originally thought it'd be tomorrow. Great folks.
