My account was set up on autopay without my knowledge. I went to return equipment, and the person there kept pressing "next" on my phone without asking me if I wanted my account on autopay or not. He said it was to get credit into my account from the equipment that I had just returned. Not once did he ask me about or mention setting my account on autopay. I found out when I was charged that my account had been set up for autopay.

I went to this store to pick up a cable box. The guy that helped me appeared annoyed that I was asking questions... strange that a customer can't ask questions? Then at the end the guy just hands me a receipt that asked for a signature so im standing there waiting for a pen or some type of instruction and the guy is just standing there silent looking at his computer for min then says " ok you're all set" it was so unprofessional and weird I won't be back at that store.

Friendly but the process was not what I expected. I ended up canceling Xfinity due to additional lines being added to my account without my knowledge and made my bill higher. I know it had to do with calling Xfinity and the other reps as well but two phones with six lines?! It was like a love hate relationship because I didn’t want to disconnect services but no one assisted me with the error Xfinity had made on my account.Make it make sense….

This is possible the worst Xfinity customer service I’ve ever experienced. After just trying to return 2 boxes I no longer needed they cancelled my internet and when I went back to the store to see what happened no one there could seem to help. They just wanted me out the door and assured me they fixed it. Well I get home for the second time and the internet is still not working. It’s a big deal when you work from home

I brought a camera within the warranty period, I returned it and so they charged me for the entire camera on the invoice. Now I have to go again and waste my time in this store as if I didn't have to do anything to put up with the inaccuracy of the employee who received me, the camera, later they cry when they get thrown away but they don't do their job well

One of the worst companies I ever got services from.Do not sign up with them for anything.They charged my card twicw a month.they were charging me two time in one billing cycle.made several calls to customer service and been transferred to different departments.nobody knows why the charged me .never get my money back.I had a refund on my account for $107 and when it is my time to use it.they charged my refund as miscellaneous charges.idk what is wrong with them.Please Do not fall in this pit.

The most racist location out there!! I was so racially profiled it was shocking. I noticed select ethnicities that worked there was not racist compared to other ethnicities. Beware of the Latino Xfinity employees, they are extremely rude and arrogant to African American clients. All other ethnicities were very professional. The store should not exist, they are otherwise useless. I got more done online and on the telephone. Xfinity really do not need these store locations, the UPS store is much better for returning equipment, so much faster too.

Hasan was super helpful, quick, and professional... Our sweet puppy chewed sorry a remote and Hasan addressed our issue within seconds. Highly recommend!
