Now this was an issue..No one could figure the issue out and it took several weeks to clear things up...but my agent Tamara was the best. She kept me informed to the very end. She needs to be promoted. If you have an issue with your service you need to ask for her. She was great in customer service.

Get in early and they will take care of you right away. I don't understand the appointment process though. I made an appointment and received a text confirming but the appointment did not reflect on the schedule. Other than that my visit was great. They seem to have ample staff to handle the flow of walk-ins.
