“Everyone at Teloloapan from the receptionist to the technicians are very professional and take the time to explain and provide a breakdown of the work they will be doing. I also like having peace of mind that my Catalytic Converter and Oxygen Sensor are under warranty for a year. I was speaking with a lady the day I dropped my car off, who was bringing her car in for service. She was saying how she had used them in the past and has always had consistently good service. It was very early in the morning as soon as they opened, it was cold and the tech guy was very helpful in answering my questions. He stated that I did not need that service and explained why I didn't need it.”
