Chose this shop as 1 of 3 because of their affiliations with professional organizations, convenient location, family business and reviews. I was assisted by both Josh and Ralph. They answered my questions, explained their appraisal process, appeared to genuinely look for ways to give me a maximum buying price and were basically just nice.
