Terrible service in the pharmacy. I was told my prescription will be ready in 5 to 15 minutes. I was waiting for almost an hour. They were not even taking care of my prescription. I had to get in line again. After a minute, they finally gave me the medication.

It is very common that in this pharmacy the customer has to go up to four times to be able to receive their medications, since the people who serve the public often argue (and I am referring exclusively to the pharmaceutical section) "excuse me but we have flaws in the system." and your medicine is not ready yet, come back later.
We are talking about medications, so a "come back later" can cause complications in a person's health, and even, in extreme cases, can cause death. But it seems that it is extremely sufficient for this company (Walgreens) to cover this lack of responsibility with a simple "we have flaws in the system."

This store is disgusting in the pharmacy I just called to ask for information about a medication I take for depression but since I don't speak English they left me on hold and no one helped me what bad service in this location and it's a shame because the other departments are not so bad

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service. I was told three times that my prescriptions weren't ready. Long lines, rude staff is not what I expected from a major corporation. The staff and management have no regards for the customer's time. There is no sense of urgency from the team or the management team.

I really loved this location but man the employees make it so easy to not come back, the pharmacy just sucks now. Not helpful at all, You are lucky if you get help from a nice decent person, love that they have no manners, on top of their attitude! My goodness the attitude! I would be more understanding if they acknowledged their faults but when they try to flip it around, it gets very frustrating.

Leslie is always so fast and kind when I come to pick up my prescription!! She really goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. Best pharmacy tech!!

Great store pharmacy is HORRIBLE.They need to hiring more people or do something different because waiting 30/40 minutes in line to pick up a prescription is crazy.In the drive thru line and inside as well.

By far the worst pharmacy I have gone. Pharmacy staff is rude slow pace workers and the pharmacy tech is childish and unethical. My sister had two prescriptions to have filled one was ready the second was pending, she called to request an ETA on that one prescription pending and they told her it would be ready in 5 min. I went in for her as she was very ill and when I asked for the medication they only gave me one and the other one they were out of stock. It was an argument back and forth with EVERYONE there and turned out that they had the medication there the whole time they just had to look through the new inventory, it was just easier for them to say it was out of stock. Medication was found and the tech decided to be childish and take his break right when the staff found the medication knowing that it will not be released to me until the TECH checked it out. Manager was called and of course sided with the staff arguing with me that the staff deserved to have their lunch. Tech was brought back from his lunch to get the medication checked out and handed to me. If anyone goes in for their medication and they tell you it's out of stock, don't believe them. there is a difference between "ma'am, give us 15 more minutes we have to look through out new inventory" and "We out of stock".

24 hour pharmacy that takes 24 hours for service. Sad to say this is the only 24 hrs pharmacy. Walgreens has fallen off.

The lines are super long and this location seems very understaffed, but Casey who was working the register had great holiday spirit and was very helpful!

Pharmacy says they're short staffed. They have plenty of staff. They're just lazy. Go to a different Walgreens or go find a CVS.
