If I can give no stars I would. Pharmacy is horrible they always misplace and lose medicine . The line inside and also drive thru is always a 40 minute wait. Then a woman who has curly hair with blonde strikes and nose ring always has a attitude at drive Thru and moves like a turtle for her to be young. I really hope services get better and more organized!

Always have delays on our prescriptions. Nobody answering the phone. Always a long line inside and drive thru.

No idea if this place is under new management or what but for the last 6 months to a year it has been terrible. The store is dirty and boxes everywhere. The pharmacy was the tipping point and now we go to the Broadview location which is out of our way just to avoid this place. A medicine will be called it and sometimes it is days for it to be filled. Other times I get a text that it is ready and I go in just to find out it is not ready. Last month our vet had to call in a medication for our dog 3 times over a week for them to ever fill it. Each time we are met with "this is not our fault and nothing we can do about it" answers if I ask why. I asked the woman in the drive through last time if she even cared about the customers because she rolled her eyes when i asked why the meds were still not ready after i received a text and call saying to pick them up. She informed me she did not care. So, no more of our money will go to them, we will go elsewhere.

Rude and poorly run pharmacy. The digital cooler doors will give you a headache and mislead you. Shop elsewhere. I recommend Sears Pharmacy in Oak Park.

Did they say 24 hours? They did. And the results came after 48 hours. Useless. Unreliable. A waste of time. They suck. Walgreens - don't promise 2 hour turnaround if you don't have your sh*t together enough to deliver. You do more damage to your reputation than not promising anything at all.

This Walgreens is horrible with their service. The pharmacy is the worst I've seen and delt with. The people working at this pharmacy are incompetent, dismissive, and rude. I've had multiple instances where I needed meds for my mother whom had a stroke and is bed bound. They always screw up the reorder of meds and order the wrong things. When I call them on it they blame the doctors office and every person there tells me a different story. Stay away from this pharmacy if you value your sanity.

I always drive down the street to the Broadview Walgreen's because that one is so much more professional, cleaner, organized and treat ALL their customers equally. If you are Spanish speaking (which I am but don't look it) you get treated better at this Walgreens). It's always a cluster F*** here. Had a 12:15pm booster appointment . Here I sit 40 minutes after and still no shot ! I stood for 17 minutes while the slow as molasses tech tried to enter my insurance info. (Which we technically do not need.) After I brought this to his attention, it was another 7 minutes before I was given paperwork. I don't think he knows his job because others were waiting forever in his line as well. So now the tech just took someone who was 3 people in line behind me. The tech who gave me my shot (Isaiah) was competent and kind but told me they take people according to appointment time. I was there 5 min early. The guy behind me obviously was late for his appointment and got in before me. So appointment times do not matter at this location. If you can avoid this location, I would strongly recommend you do. Unless you're Hispanic.

The store is ok, but the pharmacy is a disaster! Especially the drive up. There's always a long line. I wait 30 minutes every time I want to pick up my prescription. I think they must be allowing people to wait to have new prescriptions filled while clogging up the line. The drive up is NOT A WAITING ROOM!!!! Drop off prescription & then come back when someone calls you! This should be strongly enforced!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. I placed a refill order online overnight for a medication I desperately needed. The pickup time showed as 3:30pm the next day, so I called and spoke with the pharmacist and explained my situation and asked if he could expedite my order. He said come in at 9:00am, which I said would be great. Soon after I received a notification on my phone that my prescription was ready for pickup, so I went to the pharmacy. I waited for 10-15 minutes before anyone helped me, which is crazy since I was the only person waiting. When the pharmacist got my name he started to berate me and asked me "what time did I tell you to come?" I told him that I got a message saying it was ready and he asked again "what time did I tell you to come?" Unbelievable. The service at this pharmacy is really the worst. It always takes forever. I definitely won't be going back.

Prescriptions take forever to fill, and staff on the store floor are often slow as molasses. One time, I asked the photo person if she could please assist me with the photo machine and she never even looked up at me or acknowledged she had heard me. I just waited silently, and about 5 minutes later she stopped what she was doing and slowly walked over to assist. Unbelievably rude culture they have fostered in this location. NOW, it is possible that they are perpetually understaffed and that is the cause of slow response times and negative employee attitudes--but then shame on corporate for not assisting the store to address the root of the problem.
