Worst pharmacy hands down. Meds are always out of stock. To pick up a prescription takes 20 minutes of waiting in line every time I go.

Poor customer service with rude manners. What's the point of a pharmacy when they ask you to return later in the day or tomorrow to pick up a medicine. Won't be going back.

This Walgreens is the worst store I have been into the customer service is absolutely awful there is nobody around to help the customers. The washroom in this store was extremely filthy and if I where you I would never even think of shopping at this store you will regret it if you do ! SHOPPERS BEWARE OF THIS WALGREENS THE STAFF AND QUALITY OF SERVICE IS TERRIBLE !!

if i could give 0 stars i would. Horrible customer service, long waits in person. staff does not communicate properly or clearly with patients/customers. I have been waiting or over 12 hrs for a eardrop antibiotics for my son with an ear infection. They claim the immediate care physician didn't send over the prescription. which is contrary to when i first went to the pharmacy to check on the prescription status and to buy more children's motrin. I didnt want to wait for over an hour with a sick child so i asked if they could call me when it's ready and they never did. very unhelpful have to wait 3 hours now for the clinic to open to try and get the prescription sent to another pharmacy that actually knows what they are doing.

The pharmacy line was 40 minutes long. There was people waiting for a prescription and vaccines.After being in line for 40 minutes, which made me late for the appointment for vaccines .The clerk told me that we had to wait 45 minutes because they were going on lunch or the person that was to give the vaccines was going on lunch .I asked to speak to a manager she said he wasn't available .Minutes later, the manager became available and he processed our appointment, asked us to wait a couple of minutes. 15 minutes we had to wait for pleasant employee to administer the vaccines. Other than that employee, all other employees were not personable or respectful . Do.

This place is the slowest ever for picking up a prescriptions. Waited 30 mins in the drive through. This place needs to move a whole lot faster when it comes to people needing their prescriptions. What if it was an emergency and people needed their prescriptions. People in need should not have to wait this long

Went to pick up a prescription Saturday at 6:00 pm but the drive thru was closed this has happened several times in the past couple of months. I went inside and waited for twenty minutes with 6 people ahead of me and the line did not move so I left. This place needs some new management in their pharmacy or employ more people.

I don't normally leave reviews. This one hit home. I got a root canal this morning. Was prescribed pain medicine for my tooth. Dropped off my prescription at this location and followed up two hours later over the phone. They instructed me to come in anytime after 2:30 PM I waited till 3 PM. I felt the pain medication from dentist wearing out. I waited another half an hour in their drive-through line only to be told that my medical benefits do not cover the medication. At this point, because of the pain, I was willing to pay cash, it was a total of $28. The lady in the speaker said it will take 2 to 3 additional hours to fill my prescription come back later. I explained to her that I already waited and I will pay cash for the medication. I was not told during the three hours I was already waiting that my medical benefits did not cover this $28 prescription. She said there is nothing she can do about it come back or go somewhere else. I chose to go somewhere else.

I have NEVER been so disappointed and felt so disrespected by a business in my entire life. My side piece works a lot of hours for minimal reward, and the only thing that helps him get through his hard worked weeks are our special alone times. Sometimes, like in the case of last night, he has a hard time performing (due to what I assume is him putting all of his hard work and energy into his job). So last night he had called asking for some dick pills, as his insurance will not cover Viagra or Cialis. Now, upon talking to a worker and expressing our last minute need for said dick pills, the male representative acted as if he had no clue what we were speaking about. My boo does NOT trust the dick pills available at gas stations, thus we were not going to one. Upon further explanation as to the necessity of these dick pills, the man had acted as if he knew what my boytoy was asking about and said he was just in the wrong department and needed to be transferred (I have no clue as to why). Then, my husband was put on a 7 minute hold before being transferred to the hang-up department. What kind of training do these people go through where if they don't understand a question they just put you on hold and hang up when they realize you're still waiting? Absolutely disgusting, me and my man will be looking elsewhere for our alternative to brand name dick pills and never contacting this store ever again.

They were over an hour past my appointment time and did know if I could get both shots on the same day.... Really? While waiting they were not administering shots, just stocking the shelves, making people wait. The couple in front of me waited 2 hours for there shot......Soo even though I signed up for a Covid booster and flu shot I only have the covid booster. I can't believe they did know if I could have the flu shot on the same day?We should be making these vaccines easily accessible to anyone who wants them. This Walgreens is probably the worst I've ever been too. They denied me a vaccine and made it harder for my community to stop the spread. F&@! You Walgreens!
