Me and my husband walked in. Spoke to Luis nice salesman. But he took advantage of our niceness. After the sale he gives this nice speech here is my number. Call if you have any problems. and when we had questions he ignored our calls to help us . It was for his advantage. (Commission) . Having to deal with Adam ( sales manager) was a huge mistake. He is the most aggressive arrogant person in that store. Hoping that no one should have to deal with him . you probably won't get to share your experience. Because he wouldn't give you a chance to speak. He loves to talk over you. And like to prove that he right when he doesn't know the situation . Wow what a headache. Remember that name ADAM.. I asked to speak to the manager Yatsie she didn't take the time to show her face. That's sad once they make a sale customer are ignored and punished to the side. Poor management. Always look at your receipt before leaving the store .to check if the sales person added extra fees without explaining . They will do that.

People are not wrong about this place. Left frustrated with them telling my husband he basically didn’t know how to read and the promo said “up to $1000 off” when it didn’t say it anywhere. I got to my car and I noticed they quoted the wrong phone plan and that is why the promotion wasn’t working. Just go elsewhere.

I'm writing this review from inside the store now. I came in approximately 15 minutes ago. Only person who acknowledged me was the security guard. Another person came in about 10 minutes after me. He was greet and "checked in." I didn't even know I needed to be checked in, but okay...Finally, a rep comes over and asks "What brings you in today?"She got me going, but there should be a better check-in system in place because that was annoying.

Luis S is such an amazing and helpful person, he has such a great attitude and always helpful on everything.. always has answer on what I ask for… I appreciate him so much . 10/10

Avoid this location if possible! My mom went to this location just last week to upgrade her phone and when she asked the sales rep if they can help her with transferring over her contacts/info the rep said they charge $30 to assist!! We have been doing business with Verizon for years now and not once did we ever get charged any extra fees. I personally go to the Palatine location because I live in the area and not once have I heard such a thing.

George was there to help me finish setting the cellular connection to my new Apple Watch SE. I spent more than 6 hours on the phone with Verizon tech support and none of the 4 people I spoke to on the phone were able to do what George did in 15 min! Thank you George!!

Tried to have sim card issue addressed. Would not address issue due to me not having an ID with me. Could verify all aspects of my account but refused to make any accommodation. Presented various credit cards and other ids but they would not accept. This is probably a Verizon corporate issue but stores need a work around. Waste of time. Go elsewhere.

The Verizon location I always go to because the people know my mom here. For many years. Any problems with our services and they always clear it up. Always looking out for our best interest. I can tell we are valued here. Super friendly team members. I love the re-design in the store. And since they brought internet in my location they helped me save so much money. Love this Verizon location and the people who have made it great for years.

I am very satisfied with this location even more with the person who helped us out named Luis. He is a great example of going above and beyond and reassuring us on anything if there’s any confusion. What caught my surprise the most was that he followed up with us 2-3 weeks later! Asking us how are new phones were.. definitely wasn’t expecting that but it just goes to show that he actually cares. Thank you again Luis!

I was just there to upgrade one of my phone lines and the whole team was there to assist and they walked me through the whole process without any issues. We all have our bad days but the VZW team at the Berwyn store is top notch. Yes security is there but things happen all over. Highly recommended
