Originally booked an interior detailing but had to reschedule a few times due to weather. When I did get the detail done, it was great. The guys came out to my house and they took it from there. I did have the car in the garage to avoid the rain but they worked around everything and the car looks pristine again. Definitely recommend the O-Zone treatment if there’s even a hint of odor in the vehicle. Will be looking for an exterior detail once the weather gets nicer.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding services of Thompson Touch Mobile Detailing which exceeded all my expectations. From the convenience of scheduling, to the impeccable results, every aspect of the service was fantastic!After arriving in town for a show at McCormick Place, I utilized a truck wash for a 45 ft luxury motorcoach with terrible results. With a limited time frame to get the coach rewashed, I was very fortunate to find Thompson Touch Mobile Detailing. I explained my situation to Prentice, who immediately dispatched two employees to my location with 1.5 hours, which was truly amazing.The professionalism of the team was evident throughout the entire process. They were courteous, efficient, and ensured that the coach was thoroughly cleaned in suboptimal weather conditions. It's refreshing to encounter a company that places such a high priority on customer service.I wholeheartedly recommend Thompson Touch Mobile Detailing to anyone in need of a convenient, thorough and professional mobile detailing service.

Absolutely amazing service for a call in same day not even 2 hours to wait for a small emergency cleaning but I can’t say thank you enough for the excellent service that I received. When I called and got a quote, I said that I needed my seats cleaned bad from food stains, when I got back out to my vehicle and moved it I noticed that the entire interior was spotless and I mean spotless. This company took care of me so I took care of the employees

I never had my car detailed or as a matter of fact didn’t really trust anyone for it. Thompsons really impressed me with their work. They did an amazing job at interior detailing my car, literally looks like a brand new one. They went in all the crevices I thought could never be cleaned. The seats and carpets with stains, all gone now. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get any type of detailing done to their vehicle. Really looking forward to booking with them in the near future

We are very happy with today’s exterior RV detail! They knew to use an RV specific soap and a long lasting sealant (vs wax) and it came out great. The crew of two who did the job were very nice. We will be using them again!

I was absolutely impressed with the communication from Thompsons! With a mobile service, you often end up worrying what they are like and if they are legitimate. There isn't a brick and mortar place to go to that you could look at other cars and suss out the staff.But I will say that the coordinator who confirmed my appointment was absolutely pleasant to deal with when I had to reschedule.Not only that, the tech that came out (Pablo) did a great job with my baby. He explained what was going to happen, he left my driveway in the exact condition that he had found it, he did not end up disturbing any of the neighbors or causing any scene or commotion. He worked quickly and did a great job! I am 100% happy and I would definitely use them again and recommend them!

Exceptional service. My car was really in need of a deep clean and I purchased a full detail. The team arrived on time and were very nice. I was super nervous about the carpet in the back because a large container or cherries in syrup had spilled. They were able to get everything out and even the carpet feels like new. They hit every detail. Highly recommend and I plan on using them again.

Drove our company van to his house so he could see the job, He looked at the van and sat in it. Then he gave a verbal quote of $250-$350 just before he got out of the VAN he said it would probably be closer to $400. I asked if we could get a discount on doing my personal pickup truck. He said yes we could. His worker showed up 35 minutes late and did an acceptable job not good not great but acceptable. Then the bill grew to $429 and he has the nerve to say it is the standard rate for a van. But the day before he never mentioned a standard rate. His worker worked for 2 hours and 20 minutes. The deal on my truck has now gone up to $275 for cleaning. If you get stuck using this company, get a written quote as they seem to forget what they quote customers.

When I say the FULL DETAIL with the Ceramic Spray is all but worth it I mean it! This is some of the best work I’ve ever seen and they come to your home for your convenience. Prentice and Jesus were amazing people to work with and I would refer anyone to go with this company. You will not be disappointed ?

I purchased a 2010 Toyota Tacoma for my son. I wanted to get it detailed before surprising him with the truck. Thomson’s touch worked with me to get the car done within 24 hours. Thompsons Touch Mobile Detailing are The Best!!!That were very efficient to work with and a pleasure to have ! From making the appointment to cleaning and detailing my van they were top notch! The workers were friendly and worked very hard and did a great job cleaning the van! They were so easy to work with and the owner was nice and it was just did an excellent job all around! I would definitely recommend Thompson’s to all !!! My van is sparkly clean and every inch was cleaned and vacuumed and shampooed ! Great job and would use Thompson’s again soon!!!!! Thank you!!!!

I’ve used Thompson’s touch mobile detailing service several times now, and I can honestly say I’ve never used a more professional and detail oriented service. I’ve had Prentice come out and detail my luxury vehicles, old school muscle cars and my motorcycles, and at this point I wouldn’t trust another service to do it. Prentice has been on time on every occasion, he’s come out last minute when I’ve needed him too, and his standard for detailing was higher than my own. I don’t post many reviews, but I had to give it up to this company! Thanks for the great work!
