We took my Rusty to the Puppy Shop for so many years. They were always so patient and kind to him and made him look so handsome all the time. We said goodbye to our Rusty yesterday and was thinking of all the people who were kind to him over the years and the people at the Puppy Shop always were. I always recommend this place to people with pets. Thank you so much Puppy Shop!

I haven’t had the chance to make my review, but I have been coming to the puppy shop since 2016 on and off. My yorkie is 8 years old now and started taking her when she was 1. I love love Abraham! He took that little worry away “will she be treated right?” And I have sent so many people to him and they all just brag about how amazing he is! He know takes care of my puppy, Abraham was the first to groom my puppy and it’s just nice to trust someone with both your dogs! His prices are amazing , his shop is amazing! And have I said Abraham and his team is amazing?

Fantastic service! After I took my dog to numerous other groomers, he developed a fear of baths. After every service, the staff would claim that he had bit them or was acting inappropriately. My dog is a little bichon first of all. He bites when you abuse him or when he feels the need to defend himself. My family member gave me the recommendation for this restaurant. I'm positive the business owner has dog-whispering skills! The first time I brought him there, I was a little anxious when I picked him up. He said, "He did amazing!" when I asked him how he was doing. He's such a cute puppy, too! My dog gets groomed once a month, and he already knows where we are and sprints ahead.

I cannot stress this enough, please support this man!!!! If he takes a long time it's a small business he is grooming damn near all the dogs in Berwyn/Cicero and surrounding areas! He charges a great price and does a great job! He deserves nothing but good reviews. Every time I try to trim my dogs nails it's a hassle I couldn't imagine doing multiple dogs a day! Please remember you are supporting a small business every time you come here! Not pet-smart or the pet supply store! My dog always comes home so happy after every groom, I've even brought my yorkies here now! A hidden gem in Berwyn for all pet owners! I don't bring my senior dog just for the reason of comfort. I'd rather shower her at home. But for my two young doggies they love him!

Excellent service!!! After taking my dog to many other groomers, he was always afraid to be bathed. The workers would complain after each service that he bit them or was misbehaving. First and foremost, my dog is a small bichon. He bites when you mistreat him or when he feels the need to defend himself. This restaurant was recommended to me by a family member... I swear the proprietor of the place is a dog whisperer! I was a little nervous picking him up the first time I took him there. When I asked how he was doing, he said, "He did fantastic!" He's such a sweet puppy!" Every month, I take my dog to be groomed, and he already knows where we are and sprints ahead.

They are really nice and my dog likes going. She was afraid when I took her to other groomers, but she looks and smells great! The price in not bad compared to others.

I've been taking my Poodle Maltese to many groomers but this is the first time that my puppy comes home super HAPPY ? and not itching, scratching or injured from bad skin cuts. I'm absolutely ? satisfied with the owner of this place and how quickly he got her groomed. I highly recommend this place and the price I paid was worth it.

They did such an amazing job on my puppy!! I have taken my puppy to another place and they didn't do as great of a job as The Puppy Shop did. My dog looks like a little stuffed animal. The photos don't do their work justice, my puppy tends to move a lot. They got me in on short notice which I also really appreciate because my dog needed a haircut ASAP.
