The fuel reward program does not work at this gas station. I called the Fuel Rewards helpdesk and they confirm that it’s nothing on their part but it’s with the configuration of the gas station. They told me to try another one.

Can I please put a sign on your door to the effect of be polite and hold the door for others! I was attacked by such a rude man tonight.You can replay your camera and see.It is 7/27 about 6:10pm.I been coming to this gas station for over 10 years. I have never been attacked like this.

Be careful when using your credit card at the pump, they might be attaching skimmers to steal your credit card information. I got gas here on 7/17 & this was the only place I used my credit card that day. I later get a call from my bank because my credit card was used at a pilot gas station in Florida for $495.

Hi. I purchase all of my before work gas from this Shell for literally years. This Sat almost home my radiator over heated. I came into the Shell with a small container and cup. I saw a small sink, a large sink and bathroom. I said "Hey buddy I don't believe it my radiator has overheated, is there any way possible I could grab a little water please?" After a very long uncomfortable silence and even more uncomfortable look, he said "No." I had an emergency and asked this other human for tap, toilet sink, or in-store sink water. I know Shell is a small Ma & Pop store (sarcasm) and giving a customer water for a overheating radiator emergency is an "opportune" possible sale. I will be contacting the franchising department of Shell. I'm really curious to find out what they will say about a Shell that will not give a distressed vehicle ? water a 1/2 gallon of their tap water in an emergency.

The air pressure machine to inflate tires has been broken for months. First there was a sign, now the sign is gone, the machine's buttons are still broken. Of course the machine still happily takes your payments. Trying to get your money back... whose business is it? Now will have to contest $2 with my credit card company - not good, not good.

I have never in my life encountered such a disrespectful and rude establishment. There is an older woman that works there and she is the rudest employee I've ever met. They are losing business due to poor customer service. I will NEVER buy here.

I'm try so hard to support establishments that are primary African America, but this place is ridiculous. The service is laughable at best. I don't think they realize i can go other places. I may pay more but it is worth the service.
