A lot of good clothing, store is messy but that’s because the customers at this specific store have no regard for the employees. They try their best to clean. And Melissa Rios you can’t return WORN shoes to Ross, why because it’s Ross (a discount store) NOT a department store, plenty of shoes give people blisters not just shoes from Ross.

I wish I can give no stars
The line was soo long.
Also I had purchased sandles for my daughter.
On 05/18/2024 the sandles cut both her . My daughter had red marks and cuts.
On 05/19/2024 I went to ross at berwyn
They said I couldn't return the sandles I explain to the manager neicia i dont know if it was her real name because she didn't have a name tag on my daughter can't wear them the cut both my daughter feets. she still said no we can't return them I can understand if I waited a week to return them.
But I came back the very next day.
I bet she let the associates return worn and used items. Terrible management.

I tried calling to see if there was one product soap in stock the lady on the phone was so nasty and said no we can’t do that we can’t look for a product and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager
