“Seriously I have not seen anyone work this hard for a group of people (I counted 8) all at once in a very, very long time! Jacob in the print dept was giving each customer, including myself his undivided attention, support and knowledge. He was calm and thoughtful driving multiple pieces of equipment all at once, while still answering questions. He is truly an extraordinary example of service excellence. I’ll be sure to share this and more with his manager and corporate on Monday as well! Also Jett who was carrying the register the floor and walk-in questions was great!! Please OD give these guys a promotion a raise and another staff person! Despite how well they’re performing, stretching great talent like this isn’t sustainable. Mine was a rush job on a foam board with an easel stand. Todd went above and beyond in making sure that my art work was high resolution and delivering me samples to approve or change.
After many emails and trials, I found what he needed. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. AND, he completed it early for me while being short-staffed this week.

“Update: I received a phone call from the owner of this store and he was very polite. He explained to me why I was billed the amount that I was and took responsibility for staff not communicating the full price during the transaction(full price meaning shipping, pickup fee, materials, etc.)He apologized and even refunded me the charge. He also ensured me he would council the employee I spoke to initially when I called to resolve this issue. He also said they would use this as a learning opportunity to change processes to ensure this does happen again to another customer.I really appreciate that he listened to my concerns and showed empathy for the situation, instead of having a mocking/smirking attitude of "oh well, don't care" like I received from the other person I spoke to.I have updated this review to a 5 star based on my interaction with this gentleman, and because the interaction I had with a single employee does not translate to the entire business being bad.Previous review, leaving for context for update above⬆️:The below was an interaction with a UPS rep and a single employee of this store.This store(through a UPS rep I contacted at instruction from BWI) quoted me $14.27 to mail a lost item from the BWI airport to my house in Florida. Once I provided payment info they billed me $33.84. I called and spoke to an individual at the store who claimed there was a $10 shipping fee and the 8"x12" bubble mailer was $7 and some change. That still does not add up. I told him this was fraudulent and he denied that and said "Naw I mean not really". The package says I was charged for a 3lb package weight. The USB drive is 1.07oz and even with the bubble mailer it came in it was under 1/10 of a lb.If you are quoted a price and billed almost double the amount quoted that is fraud. You did not bother to disclose any other fees and did not send me an itemized invoice showing what those charges were for. When I called your employee was rude like I was wrong for questioning the increased amount.”
