This is probably a more "I'm too medically complex for this clinic" situation than anything. Alas you best watch the wording on their website. If you're an opioid dependent individual this clinic does not refill or provide opioid management therapy. Let me be clear on dependence, it's either cannabis that doesn't work well and costs me a fortune or cheap opioid that works extremely well, you can see it's a no brainer why I want to be put back on my opioid therapy like I had until my last prescriber retired at the age of 80. He was an awesome physician and his management allowed me to do so much in life. Right now I am very limited in what I can do and traveling is out of question with dependence on a federally illegal substance (Cannabis) it will never be covered by insurance and it'll never fully get my pain under control when a low dose opioid can. This isn't a problem but it's a lack of staff and lack of service capacity to provide opioid management. If you're looking for opioid alternatives other than cannabis and can wait for procedural therapy then this service group might be for you. If you are a high complexity patient with a grocery list for a conditions list then this service group might not be suitable. If you are an opioid compatible patient and are dependent on them for activities of living and or to extend your ability to thrive in life then this service group will not be able to provide opioid therapy. There are opioid management providers available but not through this service group. The office this service group recommended to me was From Pain to Wellness, their website didn't mention anything about medicine management and their phone system wasn't well built so I looked elsewhere. Midwest Anesthesia and Pain Specialists looks promising, website directly mentions medicine management and their schedulers who are very nice directly stated that traditional medicine management is part of their spectrum of treatment. TL:DR - Go to an office with more providers. This place seems understaffed if they can't manage some opioid prescribing.

The pain treatment that I have received here has over exceeded my expectations. The doctor's are kind and very careful about not causing additional pain during a procedure. I have personally benefited from knee and spine injections given by Dr. Kapoor and Dr. Asma. I recommend anesthesia for the spine injections as those can be more challenging and uncomfortable. No anesthesia needed for knee injections . The knee injections are quick with very minimal discomfort. Dr. Kapoor and Esmeralda I thank you for being part of this journey with me. I would definitely be immobile without your care. Should out to the office team. You guys rock.

Pain Care? Dr. Office actually I didn't get anything! Most people don't get anything other than their Rx's filled. The people who work there are totally indifferent to the patient's care or feelings! They schedule five people to every appointment time on a regular basis. (I've been going there for five years.) the last time I was there they wouldn't let a woman who was at least 90 years old and in total distress, go to the bathroom. They were absolutely indifferent and mean to her. To the point where she left!!! They make you sit there, then they stick you in a room until you were there at least 30 to 35 minutes after your appointment time has passed. Your time doesn't mean anything to them. At that 35 minute mark they'll come in and take your blood pressure to make you know that they realize you're still there. Then may be about 15 or 20 minutes later the doctor moseys in. She will spend maybe five or 10 minutes with you. Fill your prescriptions and off you go! This is the WORST DISPLAY OF PATIENT CARE, ESPECIALLY IN A PAIN SITUATION, I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! (I was run over by a piece of construction equipment in 1996 so I know what going to a pain clinic is all about) these people are AWFUL! If you have a choice of pink clinics to go to.... Choos

I have been here 4 times with no relief. In my opinion, I they don't want to fix your issues, they want to just mask it. Also, their communication is poor regarding appointments and times are vague. I'm very disappointed and just walked out of an appointment after waiting an hour. I will never go back.

Out of their advertised 25 different treatment, I’m sure those are 25 different medications. This practice is nothing more than a medication heavy scheme looking for insurance money. The website looks professional, but when you arrive, the patient rooms are dark and dingy and had a box full of used needles. The medical staff immediately began speaking about medication treatments when previously shared I am not looking for that. If you want fast medicine without an exam or thorough questioning about which treatment is best, this is the place for you!
Don't be fooled by the good reviews, as I was filling out paperwork in the patient room, I saw a massive QR code that stated you get a $5 gift card for every good review.

They make mistakes on prescriptions and then ignore patients and pharmacists calls/messages to have the prescription corrected.

PPS is a great example of what a visit to a health care provider should be. They are courteous, efficient and prompt. I appreciate the service they offer and recommend them to anyone who has chronic pain issues.

I developed a pinched nerve in my lower back and came across Premier Pain and Spine through my insurance website. After an initial consultation and x-rays, Dr. Kapoor walked me through the optimal treatment plan in detail that would help in my recovery and also my posture. I was informed on what my insurance would cover and explained any other expenses I should expect over the course of the treatment plan. Over the past few months I have gone 3x a week for physical therapy and have produced fantastic results. As I only have a few weeks left, I have to applaud everyone involved as I have had measured improvements every week, to the point that I am able to go throughout my day in complete comfort with no pain whatsoever. PPS has helped to bring me back from a state where I couldn't even tie my shoes without extreme pain to being able to take long walks and hikes with my family without an ounce of pain. The hardest part for me will be my last sessions as I've come to regard everyone involved as a second family for giving me my quality of life back which is immeasurable.

I’ve been going to them for many years but not sure what’s going on now? I’ve left multiple messages over the last three weeks with no response.
