Julio was amazing. Called in a few mornings ago to get a claim handled, answered all my questions about my coverage, answered all my questions about the claim. He made the process quick and easy and I had a claim number within an HOUR. I'm honestly stunned at how easy this all was, so glad to have him and all of Paul's office in my corner. Thanks again!

Angelo was extremely helpful and patient with me. Taking me through every step of the way and explaining things once or twice to ensure I was understanding all the terms and policy coverage.
