DISGUSTING! I was a manger for party city for 2 years and I never let our bathroom get out of hand like this!The employee opened the door for me saw this and expected me to use the bathroom

They have a lot of party making stuff, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The place was kind of a mess, mostly because of clearing out the dozens of Halloween racks. I will look forward to visiting again when things are back to normal.

Expensive and overrated. You can spend $100 easy in here with limited selection. Store doesn't sale Elmo products more like sesame street

My balloons were nice, but the employees were rude it seems like they had a couple of jokes for me and my brother. I live out of town, and we barely see each other, so we were laughing and talking to ourselves. Seems like the employees had never seen that before and started making rude comments about us. I never get how people can be so mean, but they were younger than us, so immaturity was imminent. I would never go here again and would encourage others to do same or at least don't enjoy yourself here because happiness is not cool here.

This location is amazing. I went to another location and they told me they couldn't inflate my balloons I had just purchased without an appointment ( it was only 6). I took my balloons here and they did it in under 20 minutes. I would have happily waited longer and would have rather done business with them. They were so friendly and so accommodating and they were taking care of a lot of customers. They seem to have an efficient set up and very friendly staff.

Beautiful location. Well sorted as far as merchandise. But not one person greets you, there is no one on the floor to assist & while they aren’t rude they don’t acknowledge you and have zero desire to help you.

They refused to open the bathrooms for my toddler who had to go. They looked at her and said all the bathrooms were out of order. Either this store is violating OSHA rules for bathrooms for employees or the staff refused the bathroom to my mixed race child. We had to leave all our items so I could take her elsewhere to go. Disgusting they would do something like that to a child.

I just wanted to remark that these employees had a packed store and worked so effectively as a team! It was fantastic to watch such a hardworking group of employees take care of everyone with such great customer service when the store was undergoing renovations, but they knew where everything was!! I'm quite impressed! I'm not one to write reviews, but Jeffrey and Viana made sure I got the exact balloons I needed in such a rush.

Have been coming to this location as a kid and always enjoyed my experience here. All employee's are very helpful. I had a balloon pick up on Saturday 1/21/23 and my balloons were ready as I entered the store, I bought a weight for the balloons and the associate offered to tie them to the weight and asked how high or low I wanted the balloons to be before permanently tying them up and curling the ribbons. This has always been my go to party place and will keep coming back.

I was in and out quickly as the staff helped me find a particular item. This is a big store and i was in a rush so i asked for help amd found my item quickly.
