Great customer service ..but the waiting time is too long to be waiting in line...I think they need more cashiers one in the register and other getting parts to move smooth and faster..

I was in need of a auxiliary battery for my Jeep JL. After going to the competitor Autozone, they sent me on a wild goose chase to two stores assuring me the battery was at each location. I actually had them verify that it was there in the phone. Upon arrival, they told me it was a computer glitch in the inventory. Clearly was fed up at this point. I called O'Reilly's on Harlem and they confirmed they had the battery. Drove tot he store and they did. I was in and out. They also honored a veterans discount. This is now my go to auto parts store.

Ordered pick up online. Waited more than 3 hrs. Had to go pick up since they didn’t sound like they cared on the phone. Got there and when I said I was picking up is when they sent the “order is ready” email. Not Very helpful with finding other items I needed. Won’t be going to this location again.

Need Commercial account help, ask for Mike at the Countryside store Monday through Friday. He understands vehicles from class 8 diesel tractors down to subcompact cars.This chain of businesses has good salespeople who will go out of their way to help you obtain what you need.I needed a spark plug for my 19 year old lawnmower.If you don't see it, please ask if they can get it. They work hard to achieve your satisfaction. Many of the sales associates also speak fluent Spanish. An added benefit.

This place is great. Most employees are helpful and there are some that aren’t the best but still give decent service. Better than most locations I’ve been to.
