Cheap, and fast(same day work) with great quality work. To restitch, water proof and clean my work boots was $20. And I’m a sprink… if you know then you know how dirty my boots get(black water). Bring this place all your shoes I think new or old they can make any foot wear problems go away. I will be back!!

Worst service ever ever the new owner I believe is the son of the real owner. He's a worthless person and Customer Care he steal my boots and he didn't even care. He told me to do whatever I feel like he won't pay for it he wouldn't even try to look for it don't bring your stuff here please He won't get done in time and plus he will use excuse to resell your shoes in tell you that you leave your items for too long

Highly recommend! ? I’ve been going to Moreno’s for the longest since the dad was running the local on OakPark near Cermak. Now new location and same great servicio. They’ve restored my shoes, bags, and briefcase even resoled my heels… everything from casual to sportswear and designer they do it all. Always honest and upfront plus reasonable prices.

Definitely will be coming back, saved my boots. Nobody else wanted to touch them but he took the chance. Was happy with my service. 10/10. DO NOT HESITATE, GO HERE!

It was closed. Was suppose to be reopen on the 29th but it wasn't. Not sure ill try there again. Not very trustworthy. What if I had something there that I needed that day??? Well im not a regular customer so I wasn't aware of your cell number and knowing you would be closed ahead of the 2 weeks.

Honestly at this point I cannot be more impressed with this place. Great workmanship great price and a really great guy who runs it very enthused very into what he's doing. It's great to see somebody carrying that much and that into what they're doing especially these days thank you I will definitely be back
