The people who work here are nice and I like Dr. Suen, I'm glad she's still working here. There's almost always a long wait even if you have an appointment, but I expect that now.

great experience, the staff here is the best. been to plenty of other LensCrafters (oak brook especially) and have had subpar service honestly, but here, they have been able to address any and every issue ive had along with being very accommodating. everyone i delt with both in the front office and doctors were very helpful in figuring out the best way to go. big thanks to doctor Nancy Suen.

Always a pleasant and positive experience at LC in Berwyn. The staff are outstanding!
Anna was excellent and so very polite while doing all the pre-testing.
Dr. Suen is amazing and beyond in her skills! She is kind and takes her time helping to understand your concerns. She always explains many complicated medical issues in simple to understand language.
Melonise is exceptional in her customer service abilities. She is professional and courteous. She is always enjoyable to be around. She recommends great products and finds me the best deals every year.
