A huge thank you to the crew at James & Williams Jewelers! My wedding and engagement rings were stuck on my swollen finger. I thought I had tried all the tricks to get them off, but they came to the rescue with a quick and easy solution using icing and windex. I was feeling overwhelmed, but they were so kind and calming. I'll definitely be back for their excellent service and beautiful jewelry

Being the procrastinator that I am, I stopped in James and Williams a few days before Christmas- looking for a last minute gift for my wife.I had the pleasure of meeting Judith K. There were many options and price points- something for everyone. Got to admit, it was a bit overwhelming at first glance- but then the conversation with Judith began. She asked some very simple questions- and then some that i would have never thought of. After chatting for 5 min, we headed off to check out her recommendations. Literally, the first item she showed me- was EXACTLY what i needed (although I did not know it when i walked in). She positively narrowed down the selection- and found exactly what i was looking for.My wife is very picky, so admittedly, I was a bit nervous come Christmas morning. Her eyes lit up the moment she opened the professionaly wrapped box. Part of her must have known that I did not pick the earrings out alone, but unlike many Christmas gifts in the past, she wears these often.Highly recommend this store for those who are shopping for themselves or for others. The staff is accomodating and the whole process was not intmidating at all. Everything was very casual, friendly and quick.Thanks again Judith and J&W!Bob

Some years back I was the Senior Operations Supervisor for a Security Company that provided service and protection for James and Williams. Never having been a customer myself I have always admired all of the employees on how they took a very professional, personal and carring attitude to each and every customer. Something even to this day is hard to find. It was my pleasure to have served the James and Williams family and customers.

It is always a pleasure visiting the James and Williams Jewelers store in Berwyn. The team of Georgia, Danielle, and Bill are kind, well-mannered, have great rapport, and are truly knowledgable about their products. They have been so helpful in letting me put in special orders for Seiko watches. They even surprised me by sending in a Seiko Prospex dry bag as a thank-you gift for being a customer. I look forward to learning more about watches, and will be dropping by again soon!

Great customer service. They found a piece for my husband while we were out of the country with limited cell service and the James & Williams team continued to make an effort to get ahold of him. We returned to the country and happily purchased the item. We will continue to buy from them in the future! Highly recommend.

Very kind and knowledgeable. Had them put on a ring guard on my wedding ring that was 2 sizes too big and adding a lobster clasp on a good chain. Very simple process. Will update when the works complete.

Going to a jeweler can be nerve-racking. I've been to my fair share where they judge, have a "list", or simply won't give you great service if you're not a high roller. This is the first place where I felt comfortable, Danielle and Kristen were super helpful in going through watches and earrings for our wedding. Never felt pressured, and when I came in for wedding earrings they worked within my budget and provided wonderful earrings that were a hit. And I want to stress that they worked within my budget because weddings aren't cheap and I had a little wiggle room, but not a lot. No judgement, Danielle understood and showed a great selection. My wife got compliments left and right on our special day. I also went back to service an old Omega vintage watch. They respected why the watch mattered, and gave me an upfront quote before servicing the watch, and I'm happy with the service they provided. Definitely will return, and for those looking for that perfect watch or a beautiful gift for your significant other...THIS IS THE PLACE!
