Google says the store closes at 10pm . I go there at 9pm and the door is already locked. Maybe fix the the time online

This is easily the best Dollar General I've been to. The store is clean, neat and well stocked. I usually go on Saturday mornings and the ladies working there are fantastic!

Male cashier here was too busy flinging his hair, last thing he wanted to do was his job ! Not too late to look into career, instead of a "No brainer job !"

I went shopping at Dollar General , Berwyn location for the first time back in October 2023, a week later I found a better deal at a different store . I went back into Dollar General to return some items and cashier told me I couldn’t return the items . Even thought it had only been a week since the initial purchase and store policy says you have 30 days for returns . Cashier than told me return procedure is complicated and I can’t return items .She than calls someone over the phone and asked for assistance since a $5 coupon had been used . Finally she says ok I will refund you the money. In the end I get incorrect refund . I then call customer service and explained the situation, customer rep takes my information and tells me someone will call you .It is now December 7,2023 and no one has called me . I sent emails which have never been answered . I called customer service again back in November and same thing someone will call you . Your case has been escalated for priority. And still no call back . I regret setting foot in this store . Mind you I had never shopped there before .I just want a correction on my refund , and won’t shop there again .

The store says they are open at 8am. My daughter went 2x and both times the doors were locked, an hour after they are supposed to be open. People were standing outside, one girl knocking on the door and nothing, not one employee in the entire store, not even something on the door stating a later opening time. I called the store and the number isn't even working. Not very courteous, I hope this will not be a frequent occurrence.

The Dollar General has been closed for a while now due to the fire that occurred in November 2022. It looks like they are working towards reopening but not sure exactly when that’ll be. I look forward to shopping there again as it’s conveniently located & I find the prices to be reasonable. The staff isn’t the friendliest but it’s only a brief interaction to pay so I don’t mind too much.

Per store hours it says they open at 8am . So I got there at 8:05am and there were three costumers inside already paying and an older man was coming out and when I wanted to go in the door was locked, the girl said will open at 9am because there is a truck dropping shipping off. I told her I won't take long and you have people inside, she called someone and she said will open in one hour. I said well you have customers inside she again said well I'm not telling no one come inside. Per other person order until 9am. And closed the door

I just places an order for pickup. My order was delayed. Once I was on my way to pick it up it showed as canceled. I tried calling to see what happened and number is N/A.
