Worst customer service ever hard to believe they still open , I'm sure not all of the representatives but a lot of them rude and cero sense of customer service should be, I closed my account and went to Bank of America what a huge difference

I was having a problem with my debit card, and I was taken care of promptly. Juanita was especially helpful with getting my issue resolved, and even took the time to help me set up a savings account. Great service even during trying times.

No public restrooms for paying customers. I'm not sure if this normal for banks but where is the decency?

I waited 45 minutes, just for the banker to tell me there printer stop working yesterday!! Awful service!! Chase has become a joke.

This is the WORST chase branch I think I've ever been to. It's ALWAYS crowded and there is not enough parking spaces outside the building, it literally can only fit their employees. There are only two windows for customer service and they're SUPER slow with helping people. There is almost always a line unless you go early in the morning. You can't even make a quick stop to use the ATM's because the lot is so tiny. DO BETTER CHASE. Seriously?

S-L-O-W. I was there for an hour trying to get a replacement debit card. Tons of customers and not enough employees. You would think it would be appropriately staffed for a Friday, unless everyone was hiding out in the back. My time is valuable, therefore, I will not be returning to this poorly run location.

Came in this morning around 11am and it was a complete madhouse. Signed my name to be seen by a representative (I was coming to close an account I no longer needed--still banking with them). No real organization. The woman who was taking names wasn't friendly and had a harsh tone with some customers. When it was my "turn" to be called, she helped me at the computer where people are signing in. She was constantly being interrupted by people trying to sign in and ask questions. She also was verifying my information (such as my address) in earshot of many people. I'll be sticking to my regular neighborhood Chase from now on.
