this location never calls you back or responds to services needed. I highly recommend you find another location to service your financial requirements. Managers and account reps never clear their voicemails to leave messages. what kind of service can you provide to a customer if they cannot leave a message!!! Very disappointing location.

The absolute worst ATM Machine of any BMO in Illinois. Everyday it's either out of money or out of order. Looks completely out dated. Always covered in spit probably from pissed off customers that waste there time going to withdrawal with no luck. Pathetic.

This bmo does not exist. Don't waste your time.I figured I'd give them one more try. Bad decision, inside is as reliable as their ATMs. I'll drive the extra 1.5 miles to the other branch.

I don’t normally come to this branch and this is the second time I come here María was extremely rude didn’t even talk just open the drawer there was a paper I had to fill out and a pen. The only words that came out of her mouth forme were. “ next time go on the other lane. This is for businesses only.” Nowhere when you arrive to go through drive-through does it say this is for business only and this is for personal use
Very beautiful young lady Maria you just have a very ugly attitude shouldn’t be working around people if you don’t like talking. Talking is part of working with others.

No walk in ATM so no real secure area to do any safe transactions why would you not allow people to use something that is a target for thieves? At least the drive up ATM still doesn't work. My debit cards always randomly getting declined because The Bank likes to randomly restrict the cards lmao why would I ever need my money right? The bank, who now acts like my daddy, let's me spend my money that I earned and keeps it in a giant overinflated mattress store and no one gaf. I'm done with BMO.

I just spent 20 minutes standing in line trying to deposit money in my account. There were four people behind the counter - one person waiting on one customer and the other three doing God- knows-what. They didn’t even give me or the other people in line eye contact. No one said “I’ll be right with you”. No one said anything. I felt invisible. I stood there 20 minutes!! Uncalled for!!! I left.Oh, and one of the bankers had a personal conversation about being Arab with a customer. At the end of her conversation, she said to the customer, “it’s nice having a great conversation with you”! Why didn’t she get behind the counter and help us out?

if I could give this place, zero stars I would. I have a BMO Harris account and I went into the branch to withdraw some money, and I overheard this woman talking to a customer about her compromised account. And this banker Cynthia told the customer that it would take her six months to get her money back! the poor girl was in tears saying that last time they promised they could help her. and now this girl cynthia is lying and said she never helped this poor girl. don’t bank here. if u have problems with your account it take 6 months to get ur money back?!? now that i know this i think i’ll bank somewhere else. i don’t want to be treated like that if something happens with my account

if i could rate this place 0 stars i would because that’s exactly what the experience was like. Cynthia or whatever her name is, Is so unbelievably unprofessional & i honestly don’t even know how she has a job. My account was compromised and i came in 2 weeks ago to have a claim filed and my money moved into a new account & she told me she would take care of everything for me. Fast forward to today, i walk in because my account is negative now because she didn’t fix anything the first time like she said she would. She continued to argue with me instead of trying to fix the situation. Now i’m being told it will take 6 months to get all my money back. UNBELIEVABLE.

When Lincoln Bank operated here, Santa Claus would be present upstairs every Christmas, and we would go get free pictures shot on his knee. One winter, I even helped my brother remove snow from the roof because he had a job.

I Came In Just For A Debit Card Replacement & I Waited 1 hour & 30 Minutes. The Staff didn’t care and showed no interest of the long wait & one of the bankers skipped me & let 2 people go in front of me. Not to mention they don’t speak or greet nun of the African American customers, they just literally stare at you and walk pass as if you you have not been sitting in the waiting area. Then what topped it off i over heard the manager say she has to go in the middle of the day while it was 6 people waiting. Like what kind of manager are you. It’s like she didn’t give a care in the world that my self and others had been waiting in the lobby all that time. & i went to the counter to ask one of the bankers is there a problem & why does it takes so long & the girl at the counter asked if i could go down the street on Stanly because their wait time is shorter
