Very unethical in their practices. They closed out a claim without approval or reason. I’ve had Allstate in the past and have never had issues. Very disheartening.

Bassel is very quick to respond, even on weekends. I was switching all my autos and home from another insurer to one located in Berwyn. Of the 3 Allstate offices I called in Berwyn, Bassel's office was the only one that bothered to pick up the phone. So guess what? Bassel's office earned the business. And he continues to be very responsive to my needs. Well done!
