I was helped by Jorge at the entrance and he was very polite and helpful. While waiting in the lobby I was listening to him help other customers and I never seen any teller being so friendly and helpful to their customers. Great service Jorge

As always, maximum 1-2 tellers working at a time and a line of customers waiting for service. Can someone explain to me the purpose of all those teller windows? Do better BofA!

What’s going with your ATMs? You can never dispense or except cash? And now the indoor atm only gives you the option to pull out 100 dollars and above. What, more 20-40-60-80 dollars? What if I don’t need 100 bucks? This location needs to get it together

Terrible 2 hour experience trying to set up an account. They didn’t enter my information correctly, even after it was written down. Then, they said they had a verification error- lol… DO NOT COME HERE- you will waste valuable time and energy with an apathetic staff. I’ll take my business to a bank that values my time, money, and effort.

They never have more than one person at the front working so it’s stops everyone from getting done what they needs it’s annoying as hell it’s jus convenient because it’s close but when I can I’ll go somewhere else

Very disappointing!! I have been with BOA for many years. I come to find out they have changed their bank hours at this location from 10 to 4 Monday thru Friday!! I have a really job that doesn't give me the liberty to come at the banks hours. Why stay open if you can service your clients how am I suppose to get to the safe deposit box if it closed on Saturdays when I am able to come to the bank!!!

This bank always had the longest lines on weekends and in the evenings. Yet, they chose to close on weekends and evenings during their busiest hours. This is a blue collar community you need to provide hours that work for your community. Shame on you BOA! To top it off, your 800-customer service line if horrendous.

Had an appointment on Saturday at this bank and they changed their hours to be closed on Saturday without notifying us. Go elsewhere.
