Horrible service. The older Middle eastern man with glasses accused me of trying to scam him!! My wife and I have been loyal customers for years to this particular location because it is close to our house. Tonight my wife had a craving for reese's peanut butter Ice cream so we stopped by this location to grab some and I had accidentally grabbed the 7 Eleven brand by accident because of how the containers look similar. When I went back to ask him if I could exchange it for the correct one He (The older man with glasses) Accused me of trying to scam him saying that I had bought the Reese's brand and bought the 7 Eleven brand from another location. Which really made me upset because I had tried to explain to him that was not the case that I am a good person and would never try to steal from anyone I even told him that I was going to pay the remaining balance if the reese's brand was more expensive. He insisted that I was a scammer trying to steal money from him. I repeatedly told him that I was not trying to steal from him that he could even check the cameras to see how I had the 7 Eleven brand when he first checked me out. He still insisted that I was trying to steal from him. He then checked the Reeces Ice Cream and seen it was the same price. He said he would exchange it for me but how He still believed that I was a scammer. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. you lost a loyal customer.

I come here every single day! But the guy with glasses is so lazy and arrogant he’s always on his phone while I’m waiting to pay he knows and sees I’m there and takes so long! He never has coffee ready and tends to have door locked when it’s supposed too be open.. Not friendly and has changed prices manually to charge more!

I’ve bought things here multiple times that said they were on sale. They often don’t ring up on sale and the clerk refuses to honor it. Today I went to buy 3 Red Bulls (buy 2 get 1 free). I went to the shelf and brought the clerk the sale tag and he still refused. Terrible customer service.

The Younger Spanish guy " I don't know anything "guy was very arrogant and sarcastic towards customers. I asked him questions all he would say was " I don't know". If you don't like your job or people do is all a favor and quit. As I walked out I heard the" I don't know guy" do the same to a lady behind me. I went yesterday and the other lady was very nice. I won't be returning to this store.

I walk in to store.7 11, and it's 10:59. Monday 19, 2022 it's dirty ,dirty day old wings and pizza sitting out. The counter clerk disrespectful. No respect end up buying a taffy apple. I bit into and was spoiled, a sandwich and a salad wasn't fresh just end up throwing that disaster away

I just had awful experience at this joint. So today is free slurpees day. 711 its 95th anniversary. I came in very polite asked the indian fellow. "What size of cup can we use to get a free slurpee?" The guy right away off the bat said No. No free slurpees! I'm gave him confused look like What the freak do you mean no free slurpees?? I told him today is free slurpees day. He kept nodding his head and saying no. This kind of remind me of that episode from Seinfeld with Soup Nazi. Lol. Seriously? So I ask him why not? The indian guy would not give me any explanation at all. I looked around no one was around but one customer. Now, I see why he has a lot of bad reviews. The guy was rude! I was really upset and could not help myself. He had it coming. I'm like this why your store is empty because you don't treat your customers with utmost respect and your freaking cheap ass! Then I walk out. I am definitely boycotting this location. I hope everyone does the same.

Owner or dude who just works there kicked me out once for just looking at the fridges and selecting a drink. Dude needs a chill punch, I mean I chill pill. Didn't catch name but he's old with glasses and bold with very extra tight polo shirt.
