My son broke a hinge piece on his soft top which was keeping it from closing. When we contacted the JEEP dealer, they said we should try TopStore. Lucky for us, we were already storing our hard top with them. I just wasn't aware they did repairs as well. I emailed them a video of the damage and they said I would most likely have to replace the whole top but to come down to the shop and they would see what they could do. They fit me in on a Saturday morning without hesitation. I personally dealt with Jim & Kamil. Kamil fortunately had a soft top in the shop they used for parts. Somehow, he fixed the hinge and made it work. Not only did he fix the top, he took the time to show me how to get the top on and off without too much trouble. He was patient with me instead of just telling me to go watch some videos. That kind of customer service is not easy to find these days. Despite my lack of knowledge, they treated me with respect and grace and I was most appreciative. The icing on the cake is that they only charged me for some labor and parts. They know I'll be back for a new soft top...eventually because they took to time to treat their customer well. I definitely recommend this business for their knowledge and customer service!!!

Drop the kids off with mom, take the dog and cat to the sitters, drop your Jeep off have it cleaned. Store it with the xtra battery & tire care. Call for your driver...... WAIT,What? THERE'S SOMEONE THAT WILL CARE ❤ FOR MY JEEP LIKE I DO ? ? WOWThis isn't a brain teaser, Great place to leave YOUR GIRL,no stress.

These guys are awesome! After 5 years of doing the soft top ourselves, we bought a new one and decided to splurge on storage for the hard top.. They assembled our new soft top and gave us a personalized lesson on all the ins and outs to use it and maintain it. They also have mechanics on-site & are most definitely Jeep experts. I highly recommend!

I took my car to Top Store for detailing. Looked on Google for detail shops in my area and this facility came up. I called and talked to the son of the company and he informed me that they would do a great job on detailing my car, as well as remove bubbles from rear window. Didn't know until I got there that this facility is primarily for storing high end cars. I picked my car up after about 4 days, they gave me a great car as loner while they detailed and repair rear window. Car looked great however after a few days of driving I noticed my rack and pinion was broken. Cost me $900 to repair. This company broke a major part on my car that was very costly to repair. Please beware when taking your car to Top Storage. They are either thieves or very careless with your vehicles.

I’ve never been treated better or felt more welcome by a business (large or small) than I have by the folks at top shop. I would recommend these guys to anyone who owns a Jeep. Everyone from ownership and staff is fantastic. Highly recommended.

I live about 120 miles from the shop came out and assembled my soft top from the owner to the guy that I talk to that found my perfect top to the guy that put it on to owner you got some good employees hard to find these days I will be back if I need anything else
