This is mostly a star rating of the staff at Republic Bank's Berkeley branch...My business has banked here since it was National Bank of Commerce (NBC). The staff was friendly and helpful then, and they are still today. They're just good friendly people doing their best to help bank customers as much and as well as they can, and usually doing so with a cheerful smile and caring demeanor.As far as Republic Bank itself, since they took it over from NBC I have not found them to be a very supportive small business bank ...we now use Itasca Bank when we need help with our small business financing. Itasca actually seems to care about our business circumstances and seems to genuinely want to help when we need them to.

Rosa is my dad's personal banker. She goes above and beyond in caring for his banking needs. I am very grateful for her kindness and compassion. Everyone at this bank is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it! Thank you Rosa!

I took out 500.00 from this atm 1 one of the 20. 00 were torn they told me to take it to my own bank .. Smh😞
