“The experience was painless because of my LO. I made the mistake of hiring a lawyer who was less than competent, and ran into issues with communication with him. I was left in the dark a bit, but luckily was able to contact my LO who helped get me the information I was looking for. Additionally, the contract with the seller lacked certain amendments I had discussed with my lawyer. Even though I have now moved to another town I continue to bank there because of the outstanding service I receive. I attribute this service exclusively to the excellence of its employees at that location. I have found every employee to function with patience and social grace. I don’t just use the drive-through but primarily use the lobby facility. I simply could not be more pleased. I need to be specific about an associate named Sarah. She has served me with such kindness and deliberate accuracy that I must mention her. I have used her in personal banking issues, as a Notary Republic, And as a liaison for banking issues out of state. Most recently Sarah assisted me with a credit card Problem that was causing me much anxiety. Her follow up was extraordinary. and clearly beyond her job requirement. Sarah’s performance shows maturity beyond her years. Her professionalism should be rewarded.”
