There's no way any of these people deserve 5.00 per hour as they're lazy and, when There's no line they make you wait, then your sandwich is covered butter where it slid out of the bagel.. Rudest non speaking English women taking orders screws up everything. Then again morning afternoon or evening your drive thru is the worst.

I been in a lot McDonald's.. this one has been and keeps being my favorite. The morning crew manager is always polite and nice she comes on front most of the time 530 am to give me my coffee, always nice .

This McDonald's does a great job with their drive-thru service. I stop here 2-3 times a week for breakfast during the busy morning work crowd and have never been dissatisfied with the service and food I've received. The hash browns are always hot, the sandwiches freshly made, the Frappes nice and smooth and my request for 2 picante sauces never denied. Keep up the great work and to the management/owners of this establishment remember this - your biggest and most important asset are your employees - treat them well.

I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese griddle. The employee charged me for only one. She realized her mistake and asked me to reinsert my credit card to charge me for the other one. Only one of the sandwiches came out because due to the employee's mistake, it was two separate orders instead of one. I complained to the supervisor, who didn't show much empathy and made a lame excuse on why I had to wait for the other sandwich. The supervisor should have gave me a full or partial refund for the employee's mistake and my inconvenience. Total disorganization and rude. I will never visit again.

They are a bit slow serving dine-in customers because the drive-through windows are so active. The service would be better if they hired more people able to communicate well in English. I believe that's true of all of the McDonald's restaurants I've been to in the last several years.
