Bought a Honey can do motion sensor trash can via Saks Fifth Avenue online. 5 months later, the sensor stopped sensing. Called company - we have a 60 day warranty! Who has such a short warranty? Now I know why. Check warranty before purchasing anything. And low marks to Saks for stocking such a shoddy item, especially for the price. Lesson learned.

Items advertised as limited lifetime warranty, but they limit the lifetime to 60 days. I don't think that is the meaning of that phrase. And 60 days is the lifetime of a step stool? "I am sorry to inform you that our limited lifetime warranty is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase."

I currently have 6 of these shelves in my home and will be adding more. This last time I ordered 3 units & 3 caster sets. I ordered directly from Honey Can Do (1st time), and out of the 3, 1 single shelf was bent. I contacted customer care via website and had very positive experience. Was it an inconvenience, yes. Did it require me maybe a total of 15 minutes to make sure my voice was being heard, yes. It did not require me being rude or losing my peace or disturbing Behulla's (agent), peace.

I purchased a Honey Do storage bench from QVC for my daughters b-day. It arrived yesterday & as we were putting on the hinges on (last step) we found out that one of them was defective. QVC was NO help at all except guide us to go to Home Depot to see if they can help. I sent and email and called Clair at Honey Can Do customer service. She advised me that they don't sell the replacement part but would be sending me a brand new bench as replacement. That is above and beyond in these days and I want all to know what a stellar company this is. It made my whole day to know I would be able to still surprise my daughter and not have to take down and send back this huge bench. If I could give a ten star.... I sure would. Thank you Honey Can Do and Clair!!!!! **********

Worst customer services ever. I am trying to return my order, and here are all my struggles:1) Firstly I was unable to log in to my account. I tried to reset my password, but no emails came into my mailbox. Not in my inbox, not in my spam box. No emails set.2) Then I emailed to their customer service, and got an instant reply that someone will get back to me. Waited for a week, and still I have not received any calls/emails/updates from them.3) I tried to call them directly. Just like others said, the voicemail box is full and cannot take any more.Not to mention that their products do not worth their price tag (for example, cheap and light plastics used). What an awesome INTERNATIONAL company with awesome customer services.

We ordered this chrome bakers rack. But 2 parts were missing. Have emailed and called,calling only gets you to a full voice box. And yet we haven't heard from this company. Its been going on almost a month now. They have a company in Illinois. We live in Illinois but still haven't heard from them..voice mail box is always full. Can't put the bakers rack together with out this part. Worst company I have dealt with..If u buy something from this company dont try to get a hold of them if a piece or two is missing..You'll never hear from them. I'd give them no stars but dont think I could rate them.Buyer beware with this company!

I orxered the chrome bakers rack a month ago and I cant finsh putting it together because 2 parts are missing ( 1 bushing) to put the shelves together and (1 leveler) so it can stand even. Ive tried to call the company HONEYCANDO.com but the voice mail is full. Has been for a month! Sent email but haven't heard from them. Sent a replacement form to them 3 times and still haven't heard from them. Can't use the item the way I wanted to now its a useless piece of chrome mess.

I purchased a Honey Can Do shelf unit from Amazon that arrived with one of the shelves broken. One of the metal rungs was not attached in four places. Even though I have contacted the company via phone, email and their website to obtain a replacement shelf, I have received no response. I am having to return the entire unit to Amazon.
