It's unbelievable how the store manager ( Connie) was yelling at her employee in front of customers. No employees should be treated like that. I will be calling corporate.

As a Dollar Tree it's solid, shelves are stocked and it's kept really neat and clean. The reason I'm giving it five stars is because of the wonderful, wonderful lady at the register! I wish I had asked her name but I just want her to know that I think she made everybody's day a little bit brighter and happier with her positive and kind personality! I'm coming back to this location even though it's out of my way simply because of how nice everyone is there ? Btw it's Thursday afternoon/2:30pm so the store knows about which employee I'm referring:)

Tha ladies that work here are super nice and welcoming . One of the employee (girl with short hair) was super nice and helped me find stuff that wasn't on the floor. The store is clean and organized

Always helpful staff at the Berkeley store today 9/19/2023 I went into the store I got in my car . The cashier come running out to the car. I left my bag of merchandise she didn't have to do that but she did in the rain thank you young lady that was at work behind the cash register at 1:00pm 9/19/2023.

OMG!!!!! Do not EVER have your online order delivered here!!!!! I wasted almost 2 hours of my day and was caused so much aggravation, just attempting to pick up my order. The so called manager in charge did not know what she was doing and got confrontational with me when I was trying to find a solution. This lady desperately needs training! She clearly can't work well under pressure, can't multi-task and shouldn't be exposed to the general public, as her people skills are nonexistent! Long story short, they never found the order, I wasted my time and was severely stressed out. Then to add salt to the wound, when I get home and call corporate to cancel the order, they have the nerve to tell me they talked to the manager and the order is there and I can go to pick it up!! ?♀️ AYFKM??? I will NEVER return to this store!! This was so unnecessary!!! SMDFH
