“My son broke a hinge piece on his soft top which was keeping it from closing. When we contacted the JEEP dealer, they said we should try TopStore. Lucky for us, we were already storing our hard top with them. I just wasn't aware they did repairs as well. I emailed them a video of the damage and they said I would most likely have to replace the whole top but to come down to the shop and they would see what they could do. They fit me in on a Saturday morning without hesitation. I personally dealt with Jim & Kamil. Kamil fortunately had a soft top in the shop they used for parts. Somehow, he fixed the hinge and made it work. Not only did he fix the top, he took the time to show me how to get the top on and off without too much trouble. He was patient with me instead of just telling me to go watch some videos. That kind of customer service is not easy to find these days. Despite my lack of knowledge, they treated me with respect and grace and I was most appreciative. The icing on the cake is that they only charged me for some labor and parts. They know I'll be back for a new soft top...eventually because they took to time to treat their customer well. I definitely recommend this business for their knowledge and customer service!!!”

“Originally booked an interior detailing but had to reschedule a few times due to weather. When I did get the detail done, it was great. The guys came out to my house and they took it from there. I did have the car in the garage to avoid the rain but they worked around everything and the car looks pristine again. Definitely recommend the O-Zone treatment if there’s even a hint of odor in the vehicle. Will be looking for an exterior detail once the weather gets nicer.”

“This was the best experience for tinting I’ve had ever. They were super nice, and accommodated my appointment for Saturday. I did originally purchase through GroupOn and they honored that as well. They had a nice waiting room area with a tv and streaming services. There’s also a restroom as well. They explained all of the window options for the vehicle as well as well as explainging what’s legal and what is not. Afterwards they explained all the rules about aftercare and even left a microfiber towel with some treats as well. Ivan and his team did great! Make sure to ask about the life time warranty because that was also a huge plus.”

“After moving back to an area with Ziebart locations and buying two new vehicles in the last two years, the Franklin Park location has undercoated and ceramic coated my wife's Mini Cooper SE as well as done some work on my Ford Bronco. Great attention to detail and has made the Mini Cooper an attention getter, as well as given me a happy wife.The Bronco is used for light off-roading and road trips. It's also parked outside regularly. Keeping it clean is a challenge to say the least but some ceramic coating has been a big help! Highly recommended location with staff that is courteous. “Highly recommend DECON. The service is mobile so you don't need to go anywhere and wait in a lobby, drinking bad coffee for several hours while waiting for your car. The service is brought to your home. The business owner brings all required supplies and equipment. You just need to provide an outlet....We have a 12 year old vehicle that is used to transport three dogs. We had significant amounts of dog hair woven into the carpet and other mud and slobber stains on the seats. The car looked nearly new when DECON finished. Very impressed... “Overall, the detail was great! Everything was cleaned very well especially because my car needed lots of work. The only complaint I had about the detail was that my car seats were soaking wet and left my car smelling like wet dog. I know there is no possible way to completely dry seats prior to them giving the car back, but it was horrible and I barely wanted to drive my car. Now, there were some things done operationally with the receptionist Cindy that made this an unpleasant experience.

1. When I booked my appointment, I got a confirmation email that it was scheduled for a specific date. When I realized that I was unable to make it on the scheduled date I contacted them to reschedule. I spoke with Cindy and she stated that I didn't have an appointment for that date. After some searching, she stated that it was scheduled for the following day and it was an error on their part. Perfect! No problem, I changed my schedule to accommodate. The following day, I had an appointment run over and needed to reschedule. I spoke with Cindy again and verbatim she said "didn't you reschedule once already?" I said no and explained the situation. So then I got an appointment for that Thursday.

2. Upon arrival things went well, gave them my car and they said it would take some time because they were backed up. No problem, I was excited to get my car detailed from them because my sister had a good experience.

3. The detail is stated to take 1.5-2 hours. My appointment was at 11 am and that's when I arrived, my car wasn't completed until 2:30pm. When Cindy called to tell me that my car was done, she stated verbatim " we charged you an additional $25 because there was dog hair and some hard stains." I thought how could you just charge me without my knowledge. So, when I arrived to pick up my car, I was thinking the total would be $175. She stated, the total was $200. I asked for her to explain. She stated that my car was a compact SUV and it was an additional $25. Ok, I understand that, so I then let her know that I only had $175 total to pay for my detail because I wasn't aware that I would be charged an additional $25 for the dog hair and stains. She immediately got defensive and said "do you know how hard it is to clean those seats?" Once again, I'm thinking no I don't because I don't detail cars. So, I said, I understand the charges, but operationally, you could have given me a call PRIOR to charging me for the dog hair/stains etc. so that I could be prepared for the cost or let you know if I wanted that service for the additional cost. She continued to go on about how it was a long day and they lost power etc. and I'm thinking that has nothing to do with me. I then told her, I only have the cash I was going to pay for the service which was $175 and that was all she could charge me because I didn't agree to the additional $25 cost. She said well it's on the sign outside that we could charge more and I understand that, but I said "Cindy, you could've simply called to let me know, just because you can charge, doesn't mean that I shouldn't be notified of the charge". She said "fine I'll just charge you the $175." I said, you're right that's all you can charge.

Now, once again, I think overall they did a good job, but if a client is going to be charged more because of a service, they should be contacted to let them know of the additional charge.”

“My vehicle was damaged 2xs this year .Once at Costco and once at Kohls parking lots. One was the driver side rear quarter-panel and the other the passenger side front quarter panel. Both were so expertly repaired and painted that I could not tell where the damage was originally. The owners are super nice people that get things done when they say they'll be done. Have gone to them for repairs before and their attention to detail makes for one happy customer!”
