They were nice at first until the problem kept happening. Never could find the problem… told me to take it back to original dealership that there was nothing else they could do. (My car is under warranty) I go to pick it up after hours they leave my center console unscrewed. I call the next day and the lady says she will tell them to call me never hear back. Really disappointed.

Good deal and excellent service, Mr. Hicks was very responsive to our needs, and Mr. Severin was also helpful. Paperwork was smooth, overall a great experience.

I very highly recommend Dustin Hicks at Weeks in Benton!! He is not at all pushy (which my wife and I loved) and is a really genuine honest guy!! He absolutely goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy! He really truly understands that buying a vehicle is a HUGE decision and is extremely patient! He is great at guiding you in the right direction for you and your family! You absolutely will not be disappointed dealing with Dustin!!

I just purchased a car at Weeks in Benton and Dustin Hicks was assisting in the process. He is very attentive, knowledgable and quick to respond in messaging! I really appreciated his expertise and quick text responses when I had a question and/or wanted to dig deeper in things about the car.
I am very happy with the vehicle and the service was great!

Working was Travis Severin was a breeze! He made us feel welcome and talked to us like we were old friends. He worked hard to get me in my dream car while staying within my budget. He’s not your old school salesman who tries to force you into buying or makes you feel pressured. He made the whole process easy! Everyone we worked with at Weeks was incredibly friendly and helpful.
