The owners of Rend Lake Storage go above and beyond! I appreciated their help when I lost my keys within 24 hours of getting the storage building, and they came out within the hour to help me out and get me a new ones! Even with it being the weekend... Great service! I highly recommend using Rend Lake Storage.

Facility is clean, well lit and has security cameras. They have all sizes of storage units including temperature controlled and parking spaces for campers and boats.

The business has ample spots no matter how much space is needed ! The staff is accommodating and it’s very easily accessed ! Would highly recommend for anyone’s storage needs !

I called this establishment several different times throughout the week to get a recording that they only worked from 10am-2pm on T, TH, Sat. -Fine. -That's odd and very hard to accommodate, but o.k. -So I call, leave a message, wait a week; never hear back. Weeks later, I call, by some miracle, get someone and ask if they have a spot for my trailer; they say yes. I ask if I can schedule a time to bring it up and pay them; sure, they say. -We arrange a time and all is right in the world. 20 minutes before our appointment, I call to verify. -No answer. I called back 30 minutes after the appointment has come and gone, No Answer, leave message; well, that's been three weeks ago. Literally, all they had to do for this transaction was show up and make $300. I guess the storage business is booming or my money isn't good enough.
