No one is ever available by phone, you never know when the lobbybwill be open and I tried their online chat today and there was an issue with that too. Not a very reliable bank.

I have used this bank for years. Very good bank with great personnel along with excellent on line transactions.

I went in with my father to get added to his account. I was told the only person who could help me was out to lunch. I came back, we filled out the paperwork, and I was told I would be able to set up online banking on Monday. Five days later, three calls to customer service, and I was finally told that the branch hasn't processed the paperwork yet. I called the bank and my call went straight to voicemail. This branch doesn't seem to have enough people working to function. And the ones who are there, weren't friendly.

This location started going down hill early 2019. I would not recommend to anyone one.

They have good banking options. The employees are always nice, and even remember your name! If you have any issues, they will get right to the bottom of it. Problems get solved in a very short amount of time. I only dislike one thing about this bank, and that is you can only withdraw cash out of the ATM in increments of $20.
