Only one star because that is as low as you can go. Absolutely the worst CVS I have ever dealt with.
I have my prescriptions refilled all over the country. They just flat refused to help me get a prescription filled because I have not dealt with them before. I would drive any distance not to deal with this CVS again, and they were extremely rude. Would not even listen to what I had to say. Everything was just horrible.

My family has tested positive for COVID, so I went through the drive through to avoid getting anybody sick. I asked if they had another medication (not prescription) and they said we would have to come inside. I let them know we had Covid and do not want to come in. They refused and advised we still need to come in! My husband went inside, because my 16 mo old son needed this for his fever, and it was BEHIND THE COUNTER the whole time. It wasn’t as though it was on the shelves, it was an OTC medication that they could have easily grabbed from the window and scanned. If anybody gets Covid now, it will have been because these CVS pharmacy workers are LAZY.

Benton Kentucky CVS all the years of my life I have never been treated so poorly. Pharmacy that is or can you even call it a pharmacy? They never fill scripts on time. Never answer the phone. When you ask why they are rude. I witnessed a customer in front of me getting yelled at and script bag thrown to customer.. It's more like a zoo behind the pharmacy counter. Seriously CVS DO BETTER! Also countless HIPPA violations!

Worst service ever! They didnt have antibiotics. They said they had to wait on truck. Then u call to see if their there and sat on hold for 15 minutes and just hung up. Utterly rediculous!

CVS offers vaccines without any hassles. They have a well stocked store and plenty of people in the pharmacy to assist with orders. Easy drive thru is also great for pick-ups or COVID-19 testing.

On May 25th, my husband and I went to get our second booster shot, that process went fairly well. The pharmacy had been calling saying I had a prescription ready and one pending but I was sure I did not have any that needed to be refilled or new ones. I asked about them and was told one was ready, one was in process. I asked what they were and the clerk handed me the one that was ready and it was my name and my birthdate but NOT my doctor or any prescriptions I take. I asked what the one in process was for and it was my name, my birthday and NOT my doctor, NOT my prescription. I told them neither were for me, that there was some kind of mistake and they just said they would look into it. My complaint is "what if I just took it home and took it thinking it was mine?" I am aware enough to check this kind of thing out but I am sure there are people with some issues that would just go ahead and have taken it and then what....? I do find this very disturbing, this used to be a good pharmacy but lately the service and mistakes like this can't be overlooked. I hope someone has looked into this and I certainly hope mistakes like this are not common and will not happen in the future.

Me, my aunt, and my sister had scheduled COVID tests for 2:30 we were the first car here and now it is currently 3:05 and there is a huge line of cars behind me. The pharmacist ISN’T WEARING THEIR MASK!!! and when we asked what was taking so long they were incredibly rude. Do better CVS. If you know you’re going to be working with people at least have some manners.

Absolutely the most horrible service. I’ve used CVS in many other towns and it’s not like this at all. I was prescribed steroids, cough syrup, and an inhaler (I’m pretty sick) today at 11 am. Dr faxed it at 11:15. CVS says they didn’t get it. Dr office calls. Over and over.and they don’t answer their phone. Or return the call so here it is 8:15 and I have to go another night without being able to breath.

Insanely slow. I've been sitting in the drive thru window for about 10 minutes now and no one has helped. Ope, wait. So, someone did help at 11 minutes waiting. I'm 27 and I don't think I can honestly say that I've ever had a good or great experience with CVS Pharmacy. Ehh.
