My husband and I blew a drive tire on our semi on a Friday night while traveling on 294 south near Willow Springs. Cal* (possibly their initials) or the gentleman in service truck 165 was experienced, professional, and most importantly, fast. This is our third blown tire in 6 months ? and I can’t believe how fast this guy changed our tire. We cannot thank you enough for showing it within the estimated time, braving the rainy weather, but more importantly risking your life to support drivers like us. Today i stop bye to change one of my truck Steer tire, one of the employee telling me i am an arrogant, and using Abusive language and the worst part of this, store manager was defending him instead tell him to stop and just do your job, one time same guy were having a same issue with a another driver when i came by last month..! Can’t believe that they’re running store like this, since this is my company truck so i have no choice but i would recommend anyone to stop by here., they guy need to learn how to talk to customer after all we are here to give them a business not to see there attitudes

I got flat tire and was calling all the tire service shop in this area at 8am on Saturday. They took my call and said, “we can help.” They took my car in right away and fixed my tire carefully and throughly. So happy with the service!!! Very reasonable, too. Thank you!
