Very very bad service at the pharmacy. Very poor customer service. The gentleman that works there
In the afternoon is very resourceful, but the young woman at the pick up was very rude. Refused
to use my rx code, insisted to use the one they found at the higher price. I assume she had a very poor training or she is young and does not understand what means customer service and meaning of being humble. This was my first time going to this pharmacy and I am unsure if I will
go back based on how poor the service was. I am dealing with different pharmacies since 2021 consistently, my medications are very very expensive, but I never had such a bad experience at any of the other pharmacies before.

The only thing bad about the pharmacist is that in the website they said that they’re going to close at 9 PM and they actually close at 8:30Pm

Cashiers and pharmacy staff are very kind, except the male Pharmacist sometimes is a bit rude and seems overworked! Plus, their automated system just stopped working correctly! I've had at least four instances that I've called to refill my prescriptions over the phone, only to find they haven't been filled or no one was notified!! What's going on!? Why bother having an automated system if it doesn't work and then people still have to wait!!

Reply to Vildana Salkic Review:I wanted to write a review and couldn't help reading your comment. I would have to disagree with you. Ray has outstanding customer service (5 stars)! I remember seeing you, your husband, and two kids in this Walgreen's store. You (as well as your husband) were unable to hold your kids from moving, while Ray was taking their photos many many times. Ray was very patient, polite and so kind and you "as parents" were very impatient for no reason and were unable to handle your kids properly.

The pharmacist picked the wrong job, and shouldve just been a private investigator. I am not the one to write reviews online for a petty complaint because I know people have bad days but this pharmacist was harrasing me and I felt like he violated my hippa laws because he literally asked me why is my doctor recommending the dosage I was supposed to receive which is none of his business. On top of that I had to get a lower dosage because they didnt have the medicine and I didnt want to be short for the rest month so I called my doctor to send a request after the pharmacist told me with a nasty attitude I wont get my way because he gave me half of it already and I have to wait next month. I told him a doubt that because I received only half of my prescription because you dont have the rest of it and with a nasty attitude he told me my insurance wouldn't cover it not to bother. As soon as my doctor switched it I went again to the Pharmacy he wanted an explanation from the doctor why it has changed when its obvious why it happened and explained it to him. As soon as, I got an email from my doctor after she gave him the reason for the change. I went to pick it up and he gave me a nasty attitude and not even a small apology for making me come and go to the Pharmacy. His not the only problem the staff as well had me waiting for 30 minutes just to tell me to wait another 30 minutes with no apology or explanation pure ignorance and when I was told they didnt have what I needed I asked them to check what other pharmacy might have it and they told me call yourself we cant do that. The staff is very incompetent with a little bit of narcism. I was an employee for walgreens years back and this is definitely not tolerated. If any lawyer is reading please give me an input if I should sue I have emails back an forth with my doctor for this issue or management please reach out I am sure I am not the only customer going through this. I felt like I was being discriminated...

Worst pharmacy on top of incompetent staff. They are lazy and can't even verify prescription properly they say they call you're doctor to find out they never called at all. People stay away from this pharmacy if you want to get you're prescription in a timely fashion

This Walgreens on Irving park rd and York road in Bensenville is absolutely the worst I've ever visited. The pharmacist if she really is a pharmacist is a pseudo educated heartless, insensitive and brainless and has total disregard for peoples health and well being and for the laws of this state. Tried to exchange a failed nebulizer bought a week earlier week failed nebulizer, that I paid cash for. This old a** practically decrepit fake a** wannabe denied me and gave no reason why. Kept repeating the same thing like a programmed. I will call the police tomorrow 6/29/22!! Also I will follow up with a small claim at Dupage circuit court. People should stop being a doormat and stand up for the their rights.
