It took over a month for my mail to change addresses and if anything’s forwarded takes weeks. They’re not doing there jobs. I have mail stolen and they just ignore it. The post system needs to investigate this office. I know I’m not the only one who deals with these problems. They also just leave packages in the lobby and they don’t call up. That’s not how the post office does it.

When a package sits for weeks days months at a US facility with no remedy for the recipient, reflects on agency that allows that issue. When there are more excuses for failure than can be possible, it is time for review by the controlling agency or the agency itself is a failure. By its own reviews, Bensonvill IL. Is a failure and disgrace to the federal agency in which it represents. If at all possible, avoid this postal carrier. Shame.

Someone shipped me a package from your postoffice on May 8th. It's still sitting in your office on mailed. Absolutely ridiculous. You should close down if your not work.

Packages always get stuck in transit here. Current one stuck for 5 days….. Horseback or pigeon would be faster than USPS. It’s 2024, no questions asked.

I have called countless times asking them to not deliver the previous tenant's mail. I have several signs posted on my mailbox and they still do it. My boyfriend tried to deliver mail from them and was told that his stamps, which he purchased from another US post office, were invalid. They were not of any help when we tried to change our address, despite having more than enough documentation.

Tried calling 6 times over 6 hours and nobody answered the phone. I kept ringing and never went to voicemail. Very disappointed with this post office.

If I can give this place a 0 start reading, I would! Returning several packages to sender because they couldn't "confirm" it was my deliver address by the carrier. Seriously!? How did you confirm because ALL information is available. Lazy carrier! And then to try and get in touch with an agent to file a complaint is non-existent! Frustrating to say the least on the lack of common sense and work ethic of the people working in this facility.

My shipping label was created Friday (2/9) morning and it took them until Monday (2/13) afternoon to pick it up. Since then, it has just been sitting at the Bensenville, IL USPS as of Thursday (2/15) afternoon.Short-staffed or not, it's unacceptable for any shipment to sit for a full day, let alone three days. No scans. No movement. Three days. Try calling the customer service line and they repeat what the tracking website says. Not helpful. When you ask what is going on, they say it must be delayed. No kidding! Why do you think I'm calling about it? I'm trying to investigate why I pay for shipping when the package isn't shipping.Try calling the local number for this location and the phone just rings for eternity if it rings at all. Half the time I get a busy signal. If this USPS location is this inefficient in February, how bad must they be during the Holidays?I'd be better off driving the 12 hours to pick up my package this week than to wait another 1-2 weeks for this turtle to get things moving.

Love this Post office, staff very nice. Postal workers that delivery my mail are always very pleasant. Never have a problem getting my mail.

They are returning our mail to the senders because is they say "undeliverable" and we have been at this address for 2 years ..... This is ridiculous, we have to proof our address now because they are too lazy to deliver our mail but instead return it to senders... That is since October as I know.... One star is a lot for this USPS location.

The worst delivery! They hired the wrong employees who were very lazy! The USPS should be shut down. UPS and Amazon are the best!
