Good experience. Let me tell you some folks.1) Guard, check in. Put you phone # on BOL2) Turn left after check and park your truck, w8 for call.3) After call-go to dock and disconnect truck from trailer.4) W8 in special parking area( read #2).5) They will let you know when it's done.6) Dock 25 - receiving entrance. Pay lumper if needed,get you BOL and you are all set.!!!1 hour 15 minutes!!! 42k lbs. Not bad US food

These people in this winery are the worst from 7 in the morning when it was my apoiment until 3 in the afternoon and they don't care you ask them what is happening and they only blame each other they are worth the time you waste with them. they are trash

8am appt. Arrived at 0630, was in door by 7am. Now 1135 and still waiting for a call for just 6 pallets. I dont know yet if I'll need to reschedule my 2nd stop. This load takes me home to get my chemo. People have lives, us foods.

These are very unorganized, I read that they have bad reviews but I hoped that they have improved in organization, these are really terrible, they unload the truck then load it again, here in this warehouse everyone is stupid starting from Maria who appears very mean and with catastrophic communication, I wonder how the manager of this warehouse is not embarrassed by so many bad reviews. Drivers, avoid this place because you will lose your day completely.

Avoid this facility. Appointment 7am, got BOL's at 12pm for 10 pallets. Because of them, I been late on the next stop for US Food in Streator IL where they had to reschedule my appointment for the next day. I missed my next load ! If you're late, they will charge a late fee and reschedule your appointment, but they can't do their job. Porta Potty Restroom only - shame on you US Food !

Takes 5 to 6 hours every week to deliver 100 cases , why frozen receiving does not take these small orders fast and let the truck go and get off the property ? Just an idea that i know will work hope someone with intelligence reads my review , may tomorrow be a better day !

Not bad today. Only about an hour for 4 pallets. Lumper was quite high and they only take cash or Tcheck/Comcheck. No cards accepted. So had to go to the Pilot ATM.

They charge late fee if driver late to delivery! Driver was on time and waiting 5 hours to get unloaded 12 pallets , and lumper fee 235$ still not empty ( avoid at all cost !
